My Babygirl and I LOVE the ambiance of the Cheesecake Factory! We love to do our special outings together. We usually have awesome service and yesterday was no different, we had a very nice waiter, very poised, and he seemed quite attentive. We usually order our appetizers and eat and enjoy laugh and spend as much time together.
My daughter loves the cheeseburger egg rolls and they are good however I can usually do just one half. We love the Carbonara and I decided to get the nachos.
I explained to the waiter that I cannot have anything spicy as my stomach due to medical reasons. Well he assured me that if we took off the jalapeños that there would be nothing spicy… umm that wasn’t exactly the truth!
When I shared the issue, he told me that manager was coming, the manager never came to the table, I was not asked if I wanted anything else. I was just dismissed and the check was given. I was not offered anything else and it kind of felt like, “Ok you can leave now…” That was not ok and I don’t think we will be returning and definitely not to that location.
Busy location. We arrived early for dinner bc there aren't reservations.
Service was friendly but slow. Took quite a while to get bread and our meals but the server was very nice.
I had the skinny shrimp pasta. It was solid. Nothing exceptional but it tasted good.
I had the cinnabon cheese cake. Delicious and rich. I could only have a few bites but it was really tasty.
It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory this weekend. Overall, my visit was great. The portions were large and the food tasted great. Unfortunately, our server was a bit inattentive. He brought us out only one basket of bread and did not really stop by much to check on us again. In the end, I would definitely recommend The Cheesecake Factory to anyone. You definitely do not need to like cheesecakes to go. Their food and drink options are great. There is 100% something for everyone here, but try their Truffle-Honey Chicken or the Famous Meatloaf!
Tip: make sure to create an account with The Cheesecake Factory in order to book a reservation before your visit! This is not required but it is definitely a time saver!

This is my favorite restaurant, but this is my first time eating their breakfast.
I ordered fried chicken and waffles. Absolutely delicious. I did not add syrup because the drizzle they added was enough. Sweet waffles!
Hubby ordered fried chicken and waffles Benedict. It came with homestyle breakfast potatoes and a poached egg. Delicious, he said.
The customer service was great! The food was not that great. It had a great presentation but lacked flavor. The tenders were dry. The Ceasar salad was delicious, and the cheesecake was delicious
It's always nice going back to the roots. When I was 18, I started bringing myself here. My husband and I were on a way to fancy new dinner spot, and we started driving past, and I shouted, "I want to go there, Babe!"
We made our way, and it did not disappoint! Food as always was served hot!! Fresh tasting, & comfort to my soul. Rice needed to be cooked a lil longer, so I gave 4* for food.

Felt like a traditional dinner date that was needed in this crazy high expensive world with outrageous expectations.

I enjoyed the experience today. The food was good, the service was exceptional. Honestly, I was surprised because it's hit or miss at these restaurants.
My food was good, my husband wasn't crazy about his. The drinks were good. We had great service. The table for two is too small. Overall, we had a nice lunch.
