Cheesecake factory is so good! They have so much variety on the menu with food from all over the world.
The cheesecakes are so good and made in house. I’ve been coming here for years and I always have a great experience!
Big menu and large selection of cheesecake. The service was friendly. The food was okay but expected more flavor or wow factor. The dining room is nicely decorated. The booths could use an update. It's a comfortable dining experience. The cheesecake was very good. P.S. we live in the South, sweet tea needs to be just that sweet. The tea tasted strange as if spouts aren't being cleaned frequently after close.
Loved the food especially the appetizers.

They have a no sugar added gluten free cheesecake with strawberries ????. You couldn't tell it was no sugar added my spouse even agreed.

My wife and I visited The Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta for our 8th wedding anniversary this past Tuesday. I wanted this visit to be extra special because this was the first time in five years that we have been able to go out to a restaurant due to my health issues which include 26 surgeries since 2016 beginning 7-1/2 months after we said "I Do!" When we entered the restaurant we were promptly greeted and seated within five minutes. Also, our server was very attentive, but that is where it stops. My wife ordered the fried shrimp platter and I ordered Chicken Marsala with a side salad. My wife's food had no taste to it and was completely bland as if no seasonings had been used and my meal had no taste either. I added salt to try and enhance the taste but also to no avail. We were both totally disappointed with our food, but paid our check with no problem.
I reached out to The Cheesecake Factory's Corporate Office first to make them aware of our visit, but no one has reached out to me and that is why I am posting my review on Google.
I visited on December 28th around 2:30 pm, and it packed, and service was slow.
I went back on January 5th around noon. Barely anyone was there, and the service was great! My server Caleb was hands down the best server I ever had. The food was delicious. I'm hooked on their egg rolls. I'll definitely be back, but next time, I'll go before it gets crowded.
The stars are based on my last experience because my first one was awful. The only reason I went back was for the egg rolls.
The best Cesar salad! Tiramisu cheese cake slice was much smaller than the other slices we had. Fried Macaroni and cheese was our favorite item!
Usually love this location. When we talked to the hostess there was 3 options sit at the bar single table or wait. We chose to wait, didn’t take long 25 minutes and she sat us at a single top for 2 people. Our plates and drinks couldn’t even fit on the table. The waitress Paris we had was amazing and took care of us. The pictures show that our food and drinks would not fit on the table. When we asked to move they put us back on The wait list.
Came in on a Friday evening and was seated also immediately. I will say this, I don’t like how the silverware isn’t wrapped up and it’s just lying on the table top.. my butter knife was also dirty but got it replaced.. my pasta was delicious (four cheese added chicken) and my partner said theirs was great as well. Cheesecake was good of course!
