My experience at this restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. The wait time for a table was significant, and even after being called, we still had to wait a bit. However, the complimentary valet parking and friendly staff were notable positives. The wait for our food was quite long, almost 50 minutes, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. On the bright side, they prioritized serving my daughter's meal, which was thoughtful. Our waitress, Adria, provided excellent service, and the appetizer was enjoyable. The strawberry cheesecake was a highlight of the meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you have a few hours to spare, but be prepared for potential delays, especially with young children.
Nice family dinner out. The food was great. Especially the letus wrap is absolutely my favorite. Pasta was super creamy . The steak was a little small for the price it was.other than that, I would go again. It's in a great location. Staff are very polite.
The ONLY reason it's not getting 5 ⭐✨ stars is because the birthday girl had to have her meal cooked over due to allergies, and simple instructions not followed.
However, I'd like to give a shout out to one of the BEST MANAGERS there who actually helped me set up last minute birthday decor for my baby sister's 40th birthday. I believe her name to be Jenna?! The Cheesecake Factory might be the best place to get consistently good food in a place that isn't overly brightly lit or particularly loud. It's autism friendly, or, at least, me friendly. The food is good but not fantastic. I tried a bit of everything my table got, and it was consistently better than average.
I will never visit this restaurant again ???? First impressions are a lasting impression. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that no one was waiting to be seated. However, I was told by the hostess that it would be a 15-minute wait.
I calmly asked the hostess why, "Were there a wait time?" She informed me that there was a staff shortage.
After waiting for 5 minutes, we were seated. I proceeded to order. For my appetizer, I ordered the avocado ???? roll, and my main entree was the bang bang shrimp ???? and chicken ???? dinner.
For starters, the avocado roll wasn't fresh, and the bang bang shrimp and chicken weren't banging. The rice was clumpy and sticky. Just horrible ????
I've had this same meal on several occasions at the Cheesecake factory located in the Millennium Mall.
And let me tell you! there's definitely a major difference in taste, quality, and quantity.
The waiter asked if I wanted to have the cook to re-made the dish, and I politely declined.

The food was okay. The black beans I got had no flavor at all. And the brown rice was so much and a bit too hard. Our waiter was cool tried to get us our food as fast as possible. The place needs an update it looks the same from when I went to high-school and I'm 38 yrs old now.
Tonight I had yet another opportunity to dine at this restaurant. This time it was on the weekend and it was great. The waitress was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and what was a newer item compared to others. The food that I ordered this time was the Chicken Picatta for my meal, the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and I got a raspberry lemon martini. It was all delicious and freshly made. The atmosphere was very nice and serene. It was very comfortable seating. I will be returning. That’s all.
We sat at the bar. The staff was great at telling us about different drinks and recommending a few different options. Everyone was friendly fast and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious and the cheesecake was amazing!
