These guys are probably the worst I’ve ever met in my life I gave them my car on the 3rd of December was told I was going to get my car back within 1-3 months and got my car back dam near 4-5 months. they were very polite when I first met them they knew I was desperate to get my car fixed and took complete advantage of me. No transparency what so ever and they told me they were going to look at my vehicle a week after I dropped it off instead took more than a month to view the vehicle. The more I waited the more I got frustrated. Towards the end of repair completion attitudes began to change and I believe lies were being told. Tons of lies!! The owner also started to speak to me like I was beneath him. I gave these people 100% cash, when they asked me for a down payment I gave it to them immediately and they could not do something as simple as send a text message and this was a high valued job. And they continued to leave my car outside unlocked for months which explains the two photos attached so I took it upon myself to pick up my car on my own and not give them another dime. I had my car in my driveway these men came to my house and took my vehicle back to their shop. They had either their workers taking crack in my car or someone random was going in my vehicle at night cause they refused to lock my car up at night. My advice is to find somewhere better these guys are extremely unprofessional.
I recently had the opportunity to visit THE CAR GUYS shop for repair work on my vehicle, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the level of service and quality of work that they provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff and the manager Omar who made me feel comfortable and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands.
The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that they took pride in maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. The technicians who worked on my car were experienced and skilled, and they took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explain the repair process to me in detail.
I was kept updated throughout the repair process, receiving regular phone calls with progress reports and estimated completion times. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and helped me plan my schedule accordingly.
When I picked up my car, I was amazed at the quality of the repairs. The paint job matched perfectly, and you couldn't even tell that there had been any damage in the first place. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear that the technicians took pride in their work.
Overall, I had an exceptional experience at TGE CAR GUYS, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair work. In the spirit of transparency and community support, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with a recommendation that came with the best of intentions from a trusted source. My encounter with this establishment not only exposed their dishonesty but also highlighted a lack of professionalism that I believe potential customers should be wary of.
I purchased a car from them, trusting in their reputation and the reassurances provided at the point of sale. Regrettably, this decision soon proved to be a grave mistake. The vehicle, far from being a reliable purchase, was riddled with issues, a stark contrast to the condition that was promised to me.
In good faith, I approached the management, recalling their initial promise to address any post-sale concerns. However, this interaction took an unexpected and unwelcome turn. Not only did the manager dismiss my concerns with utter disrespect, but I was also subjected to insults and unceremoniously expelled from the premises. This reaction was both shocking and disheartening, signaling a blatant disregard for customer service and accountability.
The refusal to honor their commitment to rectify the car's problems not only underscores a significant integrity gap within Omar operations but also casts a shadow over their trustworthiness. It is with a heavy heart that I must advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative establishments for their automotive needs.
This review is not written out of spite but from a genuine concern for fellow consumers. It's a reminder that honesty, respect, and accountability are cornerstone values in any transaction. Unfortunately, my experience with them was devoid of these principles, leaving me not only with a defective vehicle but also a profound sense of betrayal and injustice.

One of the best in the industry. They helped me fix up my car in less than 24 hours so that I could sell my car at the highest price and get the most value. They even detailed my car after doing the bodywork. These guys really know how to take care of their customers. I will be returning. 10/10
The owner and his son are extremely helpful! A scratch? Take it to their shop, any modifications? Take it to their shop? Not happy with the job? They will make sure you are fully satisfied before you drive out of there. I am a big car fanatic, I take both of my cars for touch up, polish, modifications and etc directly to them because of their extremely helpful service and an amazing job on all of their work that they do.
It use to be a good shop that I used for over ten years, but the sons took over and have no respect for their customers or business. It took me 6 months, a bunch of arguing and chasing them, and about a dozen visits to get some of the stuff they broke fixed. They also lied and said they replaced the door panels, but instead did terrible body work and took the money from my insurance for replacing the door panels. They also installed the top of the door panel by the window outside backwards, left paint and clear coat splatter everywhere, ruined my rubber door weather stripping by gluing it crooked to the door and leaving black marks everywhere, and refused to replace a window panel they scratched up. I regret not using an insurance approved body shop like Deans Expert Auto Body so I could have held them accountable and had the work done properly!
