Best WLM Reviews

We stumbled on this restaurant and so happy we did :-) Jambalaya, andouille sausage bites, and bread pudding were delicious! We hear the fried bananas are also very good.
Took my wife there for her birthday. The food was delicious! If you haven’t been there, go it’s worth it! Make sure you order the dirty rice, AMAZING!
Wife and I stopped in for a mid afternoon lunch.
Let me say the food was fresh tasty and well seasoned- not too much just right.
Price was very good for the quality of the meal.
Waitress is friendly and attentive.
Chef came out and introduced himself and checked in on the meal - well done Sir.
If you are looking for a new place in Fredericksburg to catch a meal, don't miss Cafe New Orleans
Amazing food and personable service. The menu is creative. Everything was superb!! Make sure to pack your patience because they take their time, but the food was worth the wait.
Actually I was very impressed with the place, it doesn't look like much but it is the real deal. If you know New Orleans you know that most places don't look like much, so even that feel is there. Love it will definitely come back and I recommend it, specifically if you want the real NOLA feel and taste.
Out for an anniversary dinner and we stopped in here because it seemed quiet and quaint. The place was almost completely empty and we wondered why but took the risk. The menu is amazing and the food was INCREDIBLE! We shared a crab cake salad (best ones I've ever had!), the root beer sliders appetizer, and the duck and andouille sausage jambalaya. Everything was so delicious! The chef came to our table to ask how we enjoyed the food. The only reason this place doesn't get a 5-star review is because our server was incredibly lackluster. We actually joked about what it would take for us to simply get a smile out of her. (We did finally get one.) Despite the server, we would definitely return for the amazing food.
Stopped in for a birthday dinner for my husband, this place was fantastic! The staff, including the kitchen staff, was positive and upbeat, greeting us throughout the meal. Husband’s steak was cooked to perfection and I didn’t even have to trick him into eating the broccoli, which was roasted well. Our kids lived the dirty rice and fried salmon. My oyster po boy was just out of this world! Would highly recommend stopping by this charming joint!
My family and I ate there Saturday night - the food and ambiance were excellent. Anyone who has traveled to New Orleans or lived there, will understand how authentic their food is. A great local selection of wines/beer and the meals had some of the freshest ingredients. We had the gumbo, jambalaya, and broccoli/Gouda soup and everything was fantastic. If you are looking for a great place to eat, with friendly staff, and excellent food - you have to try this place. We will definitely be going back there!
