Best WLM Reviews
I ordered dinner for me and my hubby and it was not what we were expecting. The tacos had so much onion and my hubby said that the last bite tasted like dish water. My quesadilla barely had any meat in it and so much cheese and avocado. Nasty will never order from there again.
So far their food is my ABSOLUTE favorite. I've gotten tacos from several other local trucks, and they're good... but I love Cactus Truck tacos and sauces the best. Food was quick, my whole family enjoyed and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I definitely look forward to getting food from them again. I do wish all their trucks had the fresh specialty drinks though. Either way, you won't be disappointed with your food.
Guess they got too big to serve food like they used to. It's a shame. Had it when I first moved to Lehigh 3 years ago and it was amazing and affordable. This last experience was VERY disappointing. Got food delivered.. 4 dollars for the smallest TACO I have ever seen!! YES, ONE TACO.. 2 bites, maybe... Meat was dry and they put sauted onions on authentic tacos now?! Hubby's Burrito wasnt even rolled all the way, impossible to eat, couldn't even pick it up. Elote was made using CANNED corn and all the sauce was at the top, I could've made it better. $40 dollars wasted... Never again! Stay small and authentic.
Very eye catching food truck. Serving good Mexican food in a casual setting. Limited parking and no pricing on the food they’re serving. It was quite a surprise when we got the bill. Not a good one.
This is not a quick grab and go. The staff is nice but waiting almost 40 min for food and I only ordered a burrito and empanada. They explained to me there was no more flour for the empanada 20 mins after I ordered my food and they used corn flour. This is by far the worst empanánda I’ve ever had. The outer shell isn’t even cooked through and taste horrible I paid $40 for a burrito, ,empanada ,and a drink. I’m So furious I would not ever waste my time on mediocre food.
I ordered a quesidilla... and this is the chicken quesidilla there is no cheese and barely anything.. it is the worst experience I've ever had
Went the truck on S Cleveland near the Wawa. First time trying the food and was not impressed at all and this is why… the rice wasn’t cooked right it was way too mushy probably the worst I’ve had. It was like eating baby food. I got 2 sides of that and barely had a couple bites.. the sauce not if it’s homemade but the red one is terrible taste gross and the green one barley it’s OK but still taste gross. The homemade drink I got was ok but tasted really bad nasty tap water…. But the tacos were good at least and just wish my whole meal tasted good… especially the sauces and rice
Got an “asada” and “chicken” taco. It’s $2.50 per. The portions are small per taco but it’s fulfilling. We got 3 per person plus a piña colada and were satisfied. The seasoning was good but the tacos were pretty dry. To be fair, they did give sauces on the side but they were all super spicy. When trying to use the lemon from the tacos, no juice would come out. Seemed dry as well. We also got a lemonade which tasted mostly like water. The chicken Gordita was good overall. Won’t come again just because the flavors weren’t of our overall liking, but I reckon it might be good enough for others.
