Our hotel recommended us here, and The Aviary actually welcomed us "walk in".
Before we went, we didn't realize The Aviary is owned by Alinea Group. This means the food are as awesome as the drinks.
We've been traveling around the world and we have to say we haven't seen any restaurants make cocktails as the main characters as "The Aviary" did.
They present cocktails like modern art .

We did The Kitchen Table Experience, and it was beyond my imagination!! I was thoroughly delighted and impressed with the entire experience! The staff was wonderful and the food/drinks were AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend!!!
Amazing service. We stepped in after dinner to grab some drinks and were met with a very knowledgeable server that took time to help us pick the right cocktails for us. In the end, we were served well balanced and tasty cocktails. The ambiance was nice but can feel a bit like a hotel lobby. Although pricey, a great bar experience with photogenic cocktails.
My wife and myself greatly enjoyed the cocktails tasting along with the small bites. Each drink was unique, well-presented, and photogenic. We will be going back. I only wish i would have purchased the cocktail books.
Avoid this place. It is extremely overrated and not worth the cost. We did the 3 course cocktails. The ambiance was below average. It felt like we were sitting in a waiting area to be seated at a restaurant. The cocktails were all super sour and sugary.
Best cocktail experience ever. Their truffle explosion from Alinea is a must try. It's pricey, but worth every penny.
Booked the 7-Course Kitchen Table to celebrate a birthday. We loved it, it was such a special experience. I was worried from other reviews of having not enough food, too sweet of drinks, being rushed etc but we didn’t experience any of those! The first drink was sweet but the rest weren’t. There were all kinds of drinks with all liqueurs, definitely something for everyone and showed the range of what the Aviary can do. We were so so stuffed after, and they didn’t rush us at all- our reservation was 2 hours and we had plenty of time to enjoy each drink and food before they brought the next one. When they had time, the chefs stopped by and chatted with us, it was really cool. Really fun to watch the chefs work, reminded us of the show “The Bear”, without the hectic yelling. They have so many systems and they run like a well oiled machine. Can’t recommend it enough for a celebration. Definitely recommend hydrating before and after though, they do not skimp on the drinks. ???? Amazing job Aviary team, thanks for making it a special Birthday Celebration!
The Aviary offers a unique and intimate atmosphere. The decor is elegant and sophisticated, with dim lighting and plush seating. The bartenders are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and they take pride in creating innovative and delicious cocktails.

The food is also top-notch. They offer a small but well-curated menu of appetizers and small plates, including vegetarian options.
