Best WLM Reviews
The Alpine Chef served up an absolutely delicious meal! Not a single complaint about the food. Although the service started a bit slow, once our order was taken, everything moved swiftly. The atmosphere was fantastic, and they offered a wide selection of great beers.
Delicious authentic German food. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it. They made it such a great experience for my Grandmother! There was not a single dish that we did not enjoy.
Not a quick low cost food place, but what we had was really good. Had light fare of a GIGANTIC pretzel and asparagus quiche, wit a nice fat piece of black forest ????
This was my first time going to Alpine Chef, I heard great things and was excited to go.The food was amazing I ordered off the specials "The Classic" it was cooked perfectly. The only issue was the service it was not up to par for me. The server was not very attentive to our table. I will go again as the food stood alone in great taste and the amount you get.
I hate to write a bad review, but the food was disappointing. Their online menu says thay have gluten free snitzel. What you get is an unbreaded piece of veal. That's not really snitzel. If that's what you're going to offer as the gluten free option it might be worth mentioning that it's unbreaded. Disappointing, because there are gluten free breadcrumbs that can be used as an alternative. I also expected the cucumber dill salad to be all cucumber. It was iceberg with some cucumbers and dill dressing. The potato dumplings weren't even as good as the box mixes you can buy. My hankering for Germen food was left unsatisfied :(
Great German restaurant withwonderful service. Delicious and the best pretzels. We got the 1.25 pound version. Feed 12!!! Ask for Jaime. She took great care of our party.
- food was fresh and very well made, everything had a really good flavor and you get your money's worth with the portions. My Ruben was delicious!
- staff were all very friendly and helpful. This place probably had the nicest employees I've dealt with in a long time.
- place was clean and organized.
- prices are a bit high but the food is pretty good.
- parking is limited.
- bathrooms were clean and nice.
- the only negative which is not the restaurant's fault is every single customer made my experience horrible. Everyone was making fun of us and talking bad about us. I'm not joking that my table was the talk of the night and not in a good way. So don't be gothic or different and go here to eat if you get uncomfortable easily.
- other than all the customers talking down to me my experience here was a good first one.
Every time we go as a family, we have great food and a great time! The staff, food, and experience is always a 10. Highly recommend for date night or a family outing!
