Paid and the arm came down when I pushed button for reciept. Then the gate. Was stuck in the garage over an hour. They have a care. I had to call hiloton valet who attempted to help me exit. Was held hostage. Said call for assistance but gave no #. Couldn't get out of vehicle was literally trapped. Left a message when I finally got a hold of LAZ parking. No return call. Stay far away from there. They lock u in . Service sucks.
They stopped validating parking and told me it was an error they would fix. When I got high enough up the management ladder they admitted it was a change in policy and I would just be paying an extra $20 per day with no notice. As a tenant who pays rent to have an extra $100-150 per week added to my expenses with no notice is borderline criminal in my opinion.
Its hard to find this garage entrance. When you get to the building I suggest going extremely slow or you'll miss it. Its only a few dollars more then the public garage next door so I park here if I'll be under 2 hours.
I have been sitting here for more than 20 minutes trying to get out of the parking lot. There are cars up to the 5th floor waiting to get out. It is now 6pm and trying to get home.
