At Frydays, the experience was decent overall. The pasta I ordered was okay, although it arrived somewhat cold. The burger was tasty, and the ribs were particularly delicious. It's a decent option, especially since it stays open late, making it a convenient choice for a late-night meal.
I havent seen one of these in a few years. Was immediately greeted at the door and seated. Server was very attentive, friendly and quick. Bartender was on point with drinks. The food was just as good as I remember. Absolutely delicious. Dessert was also fantastic.
Visited last Friday evening and everyone was very nice. Our server was very nice and attentive. We had Frozen Margaritas
Was looking forward to having dinner here but the service was so poor .We entered and there was no one there to acknowledge or seat us for minutes . After we got sat, we were seated for 13 minutes and no one came to our table to even greet us or offer to take our order considering we were one of the only four tables in the entire restaurant at the time. There was a table that came in minutes after us and we sat and watched as they were greeted by a server and yet still no one came to our table . We eventually just walked out and even then no one even noticed. Really disappointed as we travelled over 6 hours and this was the service or lack there of we received .
We were staying in Orlando before returning home. So TGI Friday was convenient. Food okay, drinks okay, Waitress was fun. We sat on the patio, nice breeze ????. TGI FRIDAYS Quality has changed. I was looking forward to it, since all the restaurants closed in KcMo. Now not so much.
Perhaps it's because it was Saturday and the place was somewhat busy, but the serving staff at this place are awful. If I hadn't tipped before I went to collect my food I would not have tipped at all. I went to the side entrance to pick up my order as instructed and at least 7 different serving staff members just walked right past me and completely ignored my attempts to get their attention. It wasn't until the manager came over and asked whether I had been served that I was able to pick up my order. Of course by the time he was able to bring it out from the kitchen it was no longer hot. Completely turned off.
Food was yummy but found a hair after I finished eating. Mentioned it to the waiter, nothing such as an apology or visit from the manager occurred. ????
When we first arrived at the restaurant the hostess and waitress were very polite. We ordered our food with our drinks but it still took 40 minutes for us to get our food. When our food finally did come, it wasn’t hot or even warm. Throughout our visit we were only checked on about 3 times in the 2 hour time span we were there. After we told our server our issues with the food, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her to bring the check and correct the receipt. I’m not a very patient person but I always try to be respectful to food service workers because I know the job is hard.
