Everything was very good. The burger was medium as requested and the fries would have been hot if I had them at the restaurant. Unfortunately, no matter how careful the driver, food is going to get cold fast when it is 35 degrees out and you don’t use an insulated bag.
Atmosphere is ok, it smells like piss when you walk in & the drinks are made like with no urge! Asked for 1 drink had to send back twice due to it being made terribly!! The food was okay. Not the best experience this time
I remember this place used to be good a while back. Service was great and so was the food but the last few times I have been there have been very disappointing. Today I went out for dinner with my daughter and Asked for butter garlic broccoli as one of the sides. I instead received this plain, old broccoli. Not sure how they are storing their food back there but definitely something is not right. The browning on the broccoli is not from any sauce or due to grilling, its just old and stale. The service, lets just say I had to keep getting up and asking other people for help, I have gotten better service out of a taco truck in my town. This will be my last time at this place. As a business owner It really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but the horrible customer service and disappointing food has to be pointed out.
First time here in ages, kind of a mixed bag...
Asked how much the Sides cost on their own because no price was listed and was told $1.50... I said I think that number is the cost added on when you pick a Premium Side with your meal and they were like no the sides are $1.50. Was skeptical but rolled with it... When the bill rolled around the side was not $1.50. I had a feeling because the price was too good to be true but it was definitely annoying the way this went down.
My food was good, got an app and a side, would recommend the mozzarella sticks.
The person I went with on the other hand got a sandwich where, kid you not, on it there was a chunk of cheese about the thickness of an ice cube with six slice layers- warm on one side and refrigerator cold on the other- with bacon that barely seemed cooked. Very weird, there's no way someone preparing the food wouldn't have noticed adding a block of cheese to a sandwich. Really strange honestly.
Didn't send anything back, didn't contest the bill, just paid and took off.
I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo and only got the chicken, also the package came with a a ton of grease and the sauce was spilled everywhere. Really disappointed this kind of stuff keeps on happening, last time I ordered they forgot my salad.
Not sure what is going on here but it smells like bleach and excrement to the point I lost my appetite and ended my night out early. Food was OK service could be better but I can understand if they are understaffed but waiting 10 minutes for a drink when there is no one at the bar drinking is a bit excessive. Won't be likely to return as it has disappointed me to this point.
Me and my friends come here a lot but recently we have been getting sick from the food. Two weeks ago we all caught a terrible stomach bug after eating here. Now after trying it again tonight we are stuck with the same sickness. Some employees must not be washing their hands properly, or the food is not properly stored or something. There needs to be stricter food safety standards being taught frequently. We should not be getting sick from the food.
THE "FISH" was aweful!
I had the "fish" sandwich. All bread. When I opened the sandwich there was a tiny piece of overcooked cod. The waitress was kind enough to get me an additional piece of cod and it was flavorless. I'm not very picky but the meal was aweful and I couldn't eat it. Fries were tasteless and limp.
