Best WLM Reviews

This is a posting for TGIF NEAR E concourse. I was left with a very sour taste after this experience. And I hope that others consider this a warning to try another joint. The initial server was lovely, and courteous. After she took my order, another gentlemen came to take my order as well. When I told him I was already being served, his body language expressed his annoyance. I asked for time for box of bones, and with the 15 - 20 minute turnover, I could not make that time. It then my flight was delayed and asked if I could upgrade. It should be pretty simple as all I got was a side of fries. All they needed to do was give me the bones (ribs and chick en). At the end of the meal the gentleman checked me out and charged me the 5.50$ for the fries. But that should not have been on there. I explained my understanding, and he laughed it off that you cannot upgrade fries to bucket of bones. But he was not really understanding that, in actuality you could. When my server came back and I explained what he did, she stated that she was giving me the fries non gratis. But he overrode her. I was also giving a tip o. The meal without the fries. I gave him $40 asking for $2 back. He laughed at me. Was it insulting? Well they were not worth the 20% tip, no change would have offered.
Overall. It was the lowlight of the entire trip. I felt that he just wanted me out. I would have given my entire fries tip to my original server. I had a plane to catch, that was boarding. So I could not continue. I hope that the admin read this and have a conversation with their employee.
Absolutely Terrible. 2/3 of our meals were cold, not even luke warm.. cold! They sat in the window way too long. I sent back mine as I had steak, eggs, toast, sausage and potatoes. I can’t choke down cold medium rare steak (that’s how I like it cooked). It took another 40 minutes for a new meal to come out. Initially they forgot the toast, then when I asked I got these pathetic hard squares of toast (this is on a small side plate) note how small and ridiculous this toast is, my steak was more on the well done side, not medium rare as I ordered. I did tell the server. No offer to make it right. I only ate 2 bites of the overcooked steak.
The first meal brought out looked great minus 2 of our meals being cold (obviously a reflection on the waitress, not the kitchen staff). Second meals brought out was an obvious reflection on the kitchen staff. You all need to take more pride in the food you serve, be prompt with getting meals out so they aren’t actually cold..
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go eat at one of the fast food places 10 feet away. We spent an hour and 45 minutes here to eat and get our meals correct and still left hungry.
Literally never left a negative review on a restaurant before but need to share how bad of an experience it was at the Atlanta airport TGIF in Concourse E. Portions looked like scraps rolling around on a massive plate, the toast was tiny and rock solid — when we asked for fresh toast replacement the server walked away mid request before we could finish our sentence without saying anything. We asked for coffees prior to the meal and after reminding about them when the meal came we got them (in to-go cups?) when we were nearly finished eating (the coffee was also awful). 2 stars instead of 1 because the music was great and some of the servers seemed really nice. One positive was the homefries were really good (would’ve been nice to have been given a full portion of them). Also, a weird side note, the only option for any meal with egg “after 10:15am” is to have them scrambled? TL;DR — avoid eating here if you want: warm food, good portions, or good service (from some at least).
Food was actually pretty good and prices weren’t too outrageous for the airport. Better value than the food court options. We had two hours before our flight so hung out here and chilled. Towards the end when we needed to hurry, it was a bit slower service. The music was a bit loud for our tastes. But overall I’d recommend he.
At The Atlanta airport location (in concourse E) on May 16 at about 11:00am and the food was terrible .there was what looked like the remains of someone’s left overs on my plate. I was not the only one all 3 at my table received the same scraps. We were all so shocked at the mere amount of food that we took pictures of them which I will post. The toast was cold and rock hard I could not evan bend it. When I let the waiter no he walked away before I could finish my sentence.. The bread that he brought back were 2 peace’s that when put together equaled 1/2 slice of bread which I didn’t finish because it tasted like mouldy bread. After asking for our coffee we ordered it finally came when our meal was almost finished and came in a take out cup. It tasted terrible it was so bitter it tasted like it was burnt. Did not want to tip but gave a minimal tip. I have been to other locations and was very satisfied the food but this location was terrible
Do not waste your money here
Perfect experience. Our server was great and it was all very fast, easily under 30 minutes including a drink and appetizer. The Cobb salad was delicious. A great option in Atlanta Concourse B.
Had an amazing layover experience here, before the most traumatic flight I've ever had lol
I should've had 2 more rounds I knew what was to come before flying through an insane storm.
Service was awesome! Everything but the steak was great!
I always stop here when coming thru the airport. Today i ordered a Cobb salad. The menu didnt seem to have many options. Service is fast & friendly. Always clean & a nice vibe to sit & Njoy
