We've been coming here since the pandemic. We've seen their progressive improvements with menu options. Food is good. Broccoli was delicious. The breaded fried shrimp was fresh.. and the bones are always good. The people that work there ... Even better. Shout out to the beautiful bubbly blond bartender! Super amiable!
MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH CASH!!!This was my first time eating at TGI Fridays. I wasn't overly impressed by the food. The server was nice and made sure we were well taken care of. However, the bill was $51.64 and we decided to split it. I put $33 on my card and my aunt put $18.64 on hers. We both signed marked no tip and left a $10 Cash tip, which was just over 20%. Both amounts go off our cards and then I get a second card labeled as tip for the $18.64. I called they acknowledged the mistake but then said they would have to get permission to refund. Nothing since then that was ten days ago. So just make sure you only pay with cash.
We chose carryout. And the service we received was very good. I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich and fries. They both were really good.
The gentleman who waited on me when I went in to pick up our order was very pleasant and I had a good conversation with him while I waited for our food. I really enjoyed it.
We used to go here for dinner on Saturdays before we left the area. The food is always good. The atmosphere is cute, fun, quirky, and all-around a great way to end the week!
As far as the service, it’s TGIF. It didn’t blow us away or anything but the staff here is really nice which is always refreshing and we have no complaints.
Was so excited to go here for Mother's Day lunch. The appetizers was delicious however the waitress forgot to put my entree in and my meal didn't arrive at the table until everyone else was done eating. No apologies, nothing. My meal literally went from the kitchen to the take out box! Do better TGI Fridays
Went with a party of 9. We arrived at 5:30. Order our drinks all with waters. Get the waters about 5:50. Drinks come at 6:15 but not all of the drinks came That we ordered. We had to go to the bar ourselves and order more. We ordered food at the same time we ordered drinks 5:50. 7:15 rolls around and we still don’t have food. Figure they must be waiting for it to be Friday for our food to arrive. They start bringing food to our table after we complained. 7 out of 9 people got their food 2 didn’t receive food at all. Asked for salmon on the pasta bowl and got chicken. Send it back and they put the salmon on top of the chicken. Are you kidding?? Don’t think I have ever experienced a worst dining experience. Don’t go here.
Server was Great!!! Jordan took care of us. Highly recommend! Great service! The food was delicious. Only have 3 starts for atmosphere because trivia was going on veryyy loudly.
We came to try out the new dishes. The Korean BBQ sauce was the choice today. It was decent - I know they show it with two chili peppers on the menu signifying a heat level, and that my personal heat tolerance is up there, but I did not find it hot. It was tasty, but not spicy. Did have to ask for more sauce though...
