Wow! This place has really gone downhill! So very sad to see! I came here with my family on Easter Sunday for lunch. We were surprised when we pulled in and only saw five cars, we thought maybe they were closed. But after eating there, we understand why it was in fact empty for a busy holiday weekend! The young man who was the host, did not greet us, but just asked for the number in our party, and took us straight to a booth. No greeting, no mention of our waiters name, not particularly friendly. Even though there were only two other tables seated in the entire restaurant, he took us to a booth that was ripped and table that was scratched. We waited a long time for food, and we’re pretty sure they forgot about us when we had to ask for the check. Sad to say I can’t see this place surviving much longer, it seems that management has given up if they’re not doing any repairs at all. Water stains all over the ceiling, some areas even look like mold. I remember how bustling this place used to be. It’s Just sad!
I went there was seated by the most depressing un welcoming looking host. I placed my order st 9:09. 2 appetizers and 1 entree. 1 appetizer came and 26 minutes later no one ever came to refill my drink or to check to see if I got my order. I saw every one get serviced my table with me and my 2 kids they constantly walked past and ignored. I asked to speak to a manager Nicholas bichard I told him what happen he express to me that he can offer me a 50% discount and he will locate my food. Then he came to the table with my order that was sitting in the back the whole time. After I told him I didn’t want anything he brings me a bill for the 1 appetizer and says to me that’s more than a discount, when I didn’t eat any of the food that you discounted. It was cold and runny. I still got no refills and was brought a check so I can leave. I was very patient and I didn’t make an argument I paid and left. I felt as though I was being way to nice and patient to be treated that way.
It’s been a long while since I’ve stepped foot in a TGI Fridays: boy was it good!!!! Went in around lunch time, definitely not busy. Sat at the bar and had a very nice time, bar tender was good, didn’t hover and the restaurant was nice and quiet. Food was really good and so were the drinks, I’ll definitely be back for sure. Come in on a Sunday and watch the games going on, enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying a good meal.

So we ended up coming back, another football Sunday! Upon arrival we sat at the bar, cheese sticks were pretty good, but you only get 3 for 4.59 or something like that!
The restaurant was definitely going down, the manager seemed as frazzled as the employees. Only issue, lack of urgency! People standing at the door literally walked out because no one was addressing their presence. People were sat, but ended up leaving because no one was going up to them! Seemed like a hot mess!
Bar tender was a one drink at a time, to busy flirting with a team member kinda employee. Rather disappointing, but it wasn’t busy enough in my opinion for the place to be going down as hard as it was.
So my first experience was : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Second experience:⭐️⭐️
I am appalled and disgusted that I was served cold raw chicken. ????????There was no flavor and I got the smallest piece of chicken. Nothing like the picture and the cheese wasn’t even melted or cooked. Disgusting.????
When we first came in, we couldn't understand why they were empty on a Friday evening. We soon understood why. Terrible overpriced food and poor service. This establishment has really gone downhill.
You should also examine your food to make sure its properly cooked, as one person in our party was served severely undercooked fish.
Don't go here and pay with a card. They will take more out then they are supposed to, especially if you do a split payment. We asked our waitress if she can split the check down the middle ($141 and change) half on one card half on another. She agreed and then my daughter and I each signed a receipt. Well they reversed my cards charged but then charged my daughter's card for both halves (70.79 and 70.78). And then charged her card for the full amount $141 and change that is over $280. My daughter called the restaurant and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up multiple times, she finally called the take out number and the person got the manager on duty. He said he was gonna talk to the GM and they basically told her that I have to go back to the restaurant so they can charge my card again because supposedly my card was denied ( my card had more then enough on it to take care of the bill but we wanted to split the bill). She explained then why did she have to sign the receipt if it declined they could not explain it and said if not that my daughter would be responsible for the whole amount. How is this even ok. They messed up and now they don't want to fix it. Never again will I step foot in a TGI Fridays, especially this location. Any other restaurant would refund the whole amount because of their mistake.
I went here on Saturday night, May 4, night of the Kentucky Derby, with my friend. This may have been my worst experience EVER! I literally always take pictures of my food and drinks but I didn't. That tells you something. We sat at the bar and guess what? I don't know her name because she never told us. When my friend ordered her food, she asked for her soup to come out first because she was hungry. 10 minutes later, no soup or drinks. I asked the bartender what was taking so long and she blamed the kitchen. Oh, and she had an attitude. Mind you we also still didn't have our drinks. 10 minutes later she finally got her soup. Maybe a few minutes before that we got out drinks after waiting 15 minutes ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️. It took 35 minutes for us to get a fried chicken sandwich and a chef salad. We had to ask for a manager from a server that was walking by because the bartender never came to check on us! We were sitting there with empty cups and and empty soup bowl for 20-25 minutes. The bartender didn't acknowledge us at all, it was like we were invisible. Once the manager was found, he said he wasn't aware of what was going on. He seemed completely out of it. We were told he couldn't comp both food and alcohol, it had to be one or the other. Worst service I've ever had! Bartender never came back over to us, the bar manager took over because of how bad the bartender was. Never going there again. Terrible customer service. Bartender needs to be retrained. Steps of service need to be gone over again. This is not how you treat guest!
My family enjoys coming here for dinner sometimes. The prices are a tad higher than Chili's but a tad lower than Outback. The food is good. They have something that everyone likes and are always changing up the menu. Their wine pours are very generous for the price. I paid $13.99 and had a delicious steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. I couldn't have made it at home for that price. Also we only waited 10 minutes for seating without a reservation during dinner rush on a Saturday. Not too bad. We will definitely be back.
