Best WLM Reviews
I'm not even sure where to start with this review. My family and I came to this restaurant right before 3pm. There were only a few tables occupied so it shouldn't have been an issue for 11 people. After being seated, we were not greeted by a server. We patiently waited about 10-15 before asking the hostess to locate our server. This was a red flag that we chose to ignore due to hunger. Once the waiter arrived, they apologized for the mix up and we order our drinks and food (since we had plenty of time to decide). Drinks arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered. The waiter only stopped by to drop off drinks and disappeared. Once most of the drinks were done, we searched around for the waiter. We hunted her down and ordered refills and two additional drinks. Again, we waited about 15 minutes. Around the first hour mark, we began asking about how long it would take to get food. There were 3 children with us waiting on food and several apps that had yet to come out. The next 45 minutes consisted of tracking the waiter down and requesting an update. After 1 hour, 45 minutes, most of the food had arrived. We were still waiting on the last kid's meal. Some of the food was lukewarm and undercooked. Over the course of 2 hours, 15 minutes, we watched the restaurant fill and empty. This was a terrible experience and there's no excuse. If we had been warned about delays, I could understand. There were many people who were serviced while we sat, forgotten. One of the worst experiences of my life. We did not pay for the meal since it was determined to be a server error. I'll never go to another TGI Fridays. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
Well, it was a meal... Our waitress was attentive, but not really "there" as it seems she had 2 other tables and it was warm?? She was very nice to my granddaughter. Unfortunately, we did have a plate of food that was totally uncooked; the chicken, the shrimp, the noodles... It was a salmonella nightmare in a plate! Of course we sent it back for a fresh, cooked meal. The second plate was totally different from the first. It looked cooked for one & it also had added vegetables that never made it on the first plate. A Waitress took it away, a waitress brought a new meal, but it was never acknowledged, in person, by a manager. It was, however, taken off our bill and apologies offered through the waitress. Maybe we're a little picky, but we felt it was bad business for the manager to NOT address this potentially life-threatening mishap in person. When you consider that someone could've become quite ill or a fatality on your watch, there are no excuses. TGIF would've been in some deep legal doo doo & you would've lost your job! Everyone else enjoyed their meal. At least it was "cooked" properly the FIRST time!
Good place. Good food. It was just odd the waiters kept walking by us pretending like we do not exist only to take our order after 15 mins.
Breakfast was pretty grand!
My partner and I stayed at the Sheraton and breakfast was offered as part of our package and we couldn't have been more pleased. The service was pretty good and the food was superb.
My partner chose to start his day with the French toast which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had a basic two eggs over medium with home fries and toast.
Kid's chicken finger meal should fill up just about any of the kids that order it (healthy sized serving - picture I uploaded is partially eaten). Decent food most of the time, typical bar style fare. Good, not great and really hit or miss. Between myself and my wife we had two styles of chicken sandwich and her's was great where mine had that water logged frozen texture to it. Like I said, "hit or miss".
This quick bites turns out to be the “longest bites” for me and my friend. Beside the horrible French onion soup, the service is really “random”, feels like they haven’t had any training at all, just do whatever the individual feels like is right. The booth have some funny smell, and everything are SOOOOO slow, I wait for 10 mins to get to order my drink, and 30 mins to get my food, and the appetizer comes with my entree. And the restaurant is not half full. Don’t waste your time and money.
Good place. It was not that busy. It took some time to get the food. Server apologized for it and he was very polite. Raspberry mojito was perfect.
Had fun, staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet option was very impressive. Never seen this done at a TGIF before. Good food.
