Upon Arrival ... I noticed the Restaurant wasn't packed but but guest were relaxed and enjoying themselves. I was ready for an enjoyable afternoon. I was seated by the hostess... i requested a window view and was accommodated. After being seated and waiting over 20 minutes I went back to the hostess and requested her to address my waiter or waitress. The Waitress finally arrived at my table to take my order only to get it wrong when the Food arrived... cocktail was delivered in a timely manner... but now had to wait for food to be corrected.. Patience Patience Patience... The manager comes to my Table and Apologize for the mix up explaining the waitress is new and said Can i give u a refill ... thinking it was a courtesy..
After dining i received the check with all the full charges even the gifted Refill.... I Addressed the issue and was given a credit on the appetizer but fully charged for the alcohol... Overall FRIDAYS will always have a special place in my heart but This location was truly a total disappointment.

I recently visited Brooklyn TGIF and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered the wings, expecting a crispy and flavorful treat, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The wings were soggy and lacked the expected texture. Additionally, the sauces were all mixed up and some were missing entirely, making it impossible to enjoy the distinct flavors I was looking forward to.
To make matters worse, I ordered 2 traditional and 2 boneless wings, but I was given only 1 traditional and 3 boneless wings instead. This mix-up added to my overall dissatisfaction.
Overall, this visit fell short of my expectations. I hope the restaurant takes note of these issues and improves their quality control in the future.
I don't usually write reviews, but I ordered online for the first time and let me tell you, it was not worth the $150 I spent. There were several things wrong with my order, such as missing order of fries, undercooked chicken, no avocado on a chicken sandwich, plain chicken tenders instead of whiskey glazed ones, whiskey glazed boneless wings instead of chicken strips. The undercooked chicken was not noticed until halfway through eating it, so hopefully I do not get sick. It was very underwhelming and unfortunately I made the mistake of putting pick up instead of delivery, so I had to take an Uber there and back. I had to wait an extra 15 mins after the pickup time as well. So this whole experience was a big letdown. This Fridays, and maybe others, may not see me for a while after this event.
Got the whiskey glazed fried chicken strips. And garlic mashed potatoes. Loved every bit of it. The chicken strips were fried hard just how I love them.
I ordered from UberEATS, I ordered 2 separate orders. (1) order was signature whiskey burger, it was good but the bun was not toasted. I tried the "new 4 cheese Mac and cheese and it didn't look appetizing. It looked like it was drenched in sauce and it was very salty. I took one bite and threw it away. (2) order was a Salmon dish that I thought came with rice but it didn't. It came with 2 bread sticks and some broccoli. It said the broccoli is sauteed in garlic and butter but tastes like bland boiled broccoli. The salmon was dry and there was not enough sauce. It tasted like they just brushed some sauce on it. The portion was extremely small virtually speaking (not the restaurant fault but just saying) compared to the $26 I paid. I get it, it's 6oz on the menu but damn. I took a photo of it next to my infant's spoon for comparison. I don't know what happened to this place but I've been a customer at this location since they first opened and it was amazing.
Went there for early dinner with my daughter and sister two days ago. Everything we ordered was delicious and the server Joseph was so sweet and friendly. We had a great time! It did take a while for them to send us a server but it wasn't unreasonable... They might be a bit short staff but they work hard and take care of you there!
Service was very slow even tho the restaurant was type empty but good was good. The view of the water is nice. Parking lot us horrible. They need to redo it
First of all, i really like the Harkness Avenue location; its different from any other location. Second, the food was really good, especially whisky glazed chicken sandwich and dragon glazed salmon. Also, the sirloin steak was so good. Servers are helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
