I can’t give a complete review because I was never helped, sat in the waiting area (in eyesight of the stylist, have you.) for at least 15 min. I just feel like that was about 10 min too long to not say anything towards me, or even acknowledge I’m there. I just wanted to get my lady a gift certificate for our anniversary. 2 stars because they honestly had really comfy chairs in the waiting room, -3 stars because I feel like I came in, waited, and left without any kind of human interaction, besides eye contact.
Again, I have no idea how good they are at cutting hair. 4.7 average tells me probably pretty good. But if you look like Randy Pearson from “That 70’s Show”, you’ll have a longer wait then at the doctors office.
I have been going to this Salon since 1993. I have always had friendly wonderful service. Never had to worry that I would have to wait. Everyone always has a smile & kind words. The owner, Deborah is a great person & looks for this in others. I have recommended Textures to anyone who wants to look & feel good.
My first experience at texture hair and nail salon was perfect. Pam is an amazing hair designer she's knowledgeable, thorough, and best of all a great person. I'll be going back for sure.
I was helped by Pam today with a haircut & dye job I had been wanting as gift to myself for my birthday. Pam made me feel very comfortable & included in the process! She was easy to talk to & checked in with me often. However by the end of the haircut & dye job, I was shocked to see just how much of my hair was gone & how awkward/patchy the color was throughout. I don't know where communication went wrong, but I left not knowing how to feel about my hair or the experience there. After leaving I immediately went to a beauty supply store to get dye supplies to try & fix the color. Pam & everyone working there though was really nice, & I would give this salon another try!
Terri listens well to her clients and does a great job. Her specialty is short hair, though her own is long and she can do long as well. Other people ask me where I get my hair done, and I am always happy to be a walking billboard for Terri!
Hair salon person said she knew how to highlight hair. When I came in, she had to ask someone how to do this. Used the cheapest hair color; did not use hair dryer to finish the process. Won't be returning there.
I had previously had a great experience. But this time my hair was cut inches to short and did not get a cute cut, it was cut straight across, it literally looks like somebody put a bowl on my head and cut around it. And there's nothing I can do to fix it. I told her I wanted the length between my chin and shoulders, but to cut off the dead stuff if it needed, keeping in mind that I wanted a style that fit my face. While blocking my view she cut at the bottom of my ears! Yikes. I will definitely Never go back.
