out of all texas toms in KC, this one is hands down the WORST. The gas station in which its located is dirty, the service is rude and you will probably end up with food poisoning as I did after eating lunch there 2/27/24
Definitely not the same food as the one by N Brighton. I only ate it cuz of hunger.
They are only open to make hot food Monday-Friday 11 to 5 pm. The gyro is delicious. It's in the back of a gas station nowhere to sit. Not 24 hours!
If you're hungry just go other than that you got a ride or a car and go somewhere else
area looks sketch but it really isn't bad at all. Open 24/7 and never super busy. they serve hot food and my favorite food there is the jamaican patties. They also sell beer, and carry Smoke shop novelties. Like pipes(even the ones with the bubble), papers, grinders and detox products. There's also an ATM
I hate to say it, but it's kind of a hole in the wall as far as facilities go, however as far as the food goes it is exceedingly good. The man who runs it really knows what he's doing, and for example the fish, the fillets are very very large, and very very tasty too. Besides which they have a wide variety of foods available on the menu.
The cook really knows his stuff. The fish are very large filet, and they're to die for. They have breakfast sandwiches and everything else in the morning. They also have chicken at night. So if you get the chance to stop in there and your big fish fan, do it.
