Best WLM Reviews

Just visited this city for a business trip and I had to dine-in in this restaurant twice. I got hooked in their ribeye steak. It was really good. I would recommend this to anyone. The service is also great and the atmosphere is amazing. Keep up the good work!
Okay this is the last straw. Ordering the “fall off the bones ribs” from this place is a roll of a dice. You might get great ribs or you might get the driest toughest meat you’ve ever bitten into with no barbecue sauce. I stopped coming here for 2 months because of the food quality dropping. Do better Texas Roadhouse you are one of my favorite restaurants I own stock I love the restaurant so much. Please do not fall off. The ribs I got were unacceptable. I don’t care how many free vouchers they give me for meals. Just make it right the first time.
So disappointed. I order a ribeye medium well and it was bloody with gelled like blood stuff! I wasn’t going to complain but the waitress noticed I didn’t eat it and told the manager, then the manager came over and seemed like I was an inconvenience and said, “I heard you didn’t like your food so I will adjust the bill.” And took off quick while I was trying to say something to her. Then she took $15 off the bill. Seriously?!! The steak was $25. Won’t be back.
Say what you will about Texas Roadhouse, but every time I go the service is good. It's fun! The food is simple and good.
Ever since 2020 good service has been hard to find, but we had dinner tonight and Sean took great care of us! He promptly greeted us when we sat down and recommended drinks and appetizers right away. He made sure to repeat our steak Temps back and made a point to tell us how everything was going to be prepared. (Like toppings on the salads and that the bbq sauce came on top of the chicken) he also suggested the mushrooms and onions which complemented the steak well. The food was good, but what really stood out to me was the amazing service we received! We will be asking for him when we come back again! Thanks Sean!
See pics - Ordered a carryout - asked for the burger well done. The cow’s heart is still beating, I think. Had to finish cooking it when I got home. Didn’t get the bread, either.
TR is one of my favorite chains but by far the Chesterfield location is the best! Food is always served hot and delicious, host/waitstaff is welcoming and attentive, and the fun, western environment is dim-lit but makes for an entertaining night out, especially for birthdays!! Laura, the manager, is fantastic and even collaborated with me to do a reading incentive for my class and supplied the coupons I needed! Another bonus for me is a business who supports education!
Their mobile app is a plus for avoiding long waits on busy nights and they have a great system that keeps the line moving quickly even during peak times. I also love their early dinner specials from 3-6p. My go-to order is the steak or filet with a loaded baked potatoes (ask for the cheese to be melted, otherwise it won’t), and mixed veggies. Their key lime is my favorite cocktail- tastes like key lime pie! ????
We ALL know the pro tip is to get your own cinnamon butter to dip in those heavenly rolls of pillowy, fluffy goodness ????????????????
We visited this restaurant for Valentine's Day (and it was my first time here)! The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and I really liked the little "couple's" type booths they had! We had chili cheese fries and deep fried pickle chips for appetizers, they were both really good! For our main meal, my husband had their "Roadkill" meal (chopped up steak covered in cheese, cooked mushrooms and cooked onions, with a side of buttery corn) and I had their "Country Fried Steak" meal (a breaded/fried steak covered in breakfast gravy, also came with a side of corn and loaded mashed potatoes). I decided since we were out for a date, I would have dessert too, and I had the chocolate fudge brownie (a creamy, warm brownie topped with ice cream and chocolate drizzle).
Everything was fantastic and we had a wonderful time! It was super busy but the service was still great, and I will definitely be asking him if we can come back soon!
