The food was delicious our waiter and manager were nice. Loved the mango lime margarita ???? I love the sweet drinks oh that is a steak filet salad ???????? thank you ????
Very busy location. Staff busy the entire time we were there. Made the decision to choose our own cut of meet from private selection. Unfortunately steak was over cooked first time and had to be re-prepared by manager. Requested rare and it was delivered medium well. Second attempt the steak was made wonderfully and enjoyed.
Dined on a Saturday night and busy but wait wasn't bad! Got seated and our orders all came out in a timely manner. Food was AWESOME! Service was AWESOME! We'll definitely be back. Clean and comfortable!!
Updating my review because we visited yesterday to give it another shot and I’m glad we did! Our server was very attentive and friendly, he constantly checked on us to make sure our drinks were full and the rolls never ran out. The food was great as well, I’m happy that we decided to give it another chance!
We got the combo appetizer and it came out quickly, the appetizer food was good and hot, our one side was messed up, but they replaced it at no cost, this and the slight discount given for our meal is the only reason this place gets two stars instead of one. Everything else was awful. The group across from us practically screamed and cackled the entire hour wait we had for our entrees, which was made worse when staff members were participating in the screaming making it even louder in the little corner we were in. It was unbearable, our waitress even commented on how loud they were but nothing was done. I had three different employees tell me they were out of baked potatoes, so I substituted for a sweet potato, only to in the end…get a baked potato?? Our entree came out and my steak was so small it made me laugh. We weren’t asked if we needed sauces and my baked potato had no sour cream. By the time we got our food the other table had grown so loud and had so many employees and random people from other tables going up to them, that we couldn’t bear it anymore and asked for to go boxes so we could eat our dinner at home. Beyond disappointed. Would much rather travel the extra 20 or so minutes from our house to go to the one in St. John’s Town Center.

This place is always so good. I got the All American Cheeseburger, and it was good. Our waitress Laura, she was very nice and sweet. They have many options to choose from on the menu. They also have a drink menu and kids menu. Their rolls are so good. You can either have cinnamon butter or regular butter. Both of which are good! I highly recommend coming here to eat. All the staff were communicating well during them being busy. I highly recommend coming here to eat!
We love Texas Roadhouse! most of there locations are constantly good I was thrilled when this one opened nearby but we’ve gone here 4 times and it hasn’t been up to par with there other locations any of the times we went this last time was the worst and we’ve decided next time we’ll just drive down to St. John’s town center because there having serous quality control issues here.. you can see in the pictures where the patty for my burger has been smushed out leaving it dry and thin hanging off the sides of the burger and where a baked potato was overcooked couldn’t even eat the crust the steak was fine the fries where fine, nothing was really great the service was pretty solid but I’m not gonna waste anymore money here when orange park and St. John’s roadhouses have never had any issues
