THESE folks are PROFESSIONAL! From greeting to good-bye, a GREAT experience. Our server (Tristin) is amazing. Cocktails and specials, I can't say enough. Texas Roadhouse is the ONLY chain restaurant we patronize. For good reason. Staff is friendly and helpful. A DEFINITE must!
Amazing experience! Great, well seasoned food. There are tons of friendly staff bustling all over the place. I especially enjoyed the music and watching the staff's show. Will be back again for sure.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but our first visit to Texas Roadhouse in Auburn was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. We were greeted by everyone we passed when we came in and when we left. Our server, Riley, was amazing! We couldn’t stop talking about how she was the best waitress we had ever had. She was kind, on top of everything, and consistently went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We had a couple others who came to the table to drop food and they were great, as well. The food was better than we expected, and the fried pickles far surpassed our previous favorite. My husband and daughter’s steaks were cooked perfectly, and my chopped steak was delicious. We were all sharing bites of our food with each other. This was the best dining experience we have had in literal years! We even heard the manager tell the staff they did a great job after they did their dance, which speaks volumes to the running of this place. I don’t know who trained staff or runs this establishment, but kudos to the entire team!! Thank you for a great evening!
For just opening, this Texas Roadhouse seems to be doing very well. Many of us were left with stomach aches afterwards however. That being noted, the food is very good and the portions match the price!
Honest review. Great service. My server was super friendly. Very good drinks - the hurricanes with kickers were great. But as far as the food went, I had to ask for rolls when my dinner arrived. I ordered a New York strip cooked medium. The cut wasn’t very good - the steak looked round which seemed odd presentation wise for a New York strip. And it was medium well/more gray than pink and mildly dry. It tasted good - I just wasn’t entirely sure it was what I ordered. Overall, though, good experience. Will come back for another round of drinks and another shot at the steaks.
We came for dinner on 4/3. Their 3rd day open!
The food was prepared wonderfully, and Noah, our server did excellent!

MOTHER'S DAY WAS AWESOME!!!
Waited to be seated a long time about a hour and a half being a holiday it was expected...... BUT ......I have to say the waiter, Clint Winston, and the other service people were AWESOME! They handled a table of 8 PERFECTLY and quickly! The food was very, VERY GOOD for all 8 of us and couldn't have had a better experience than we did on Mother's Day! Keep up the GREAT work!!!! Thank you
Amazing atmosphere of fun and positive energy. Customer service was excellent. Our waitress Marlene was exceptional and attentive. Austin the manager is an exceptional manager. He was dancing with the waitresses and encouraging the staff. He was walking around always smiling and asking everyone if they are doing okay. I absolutely love the atmosphere! Austin needs to be GM to train other managers how to be an amazing leader!! (FYI- I don't know any staff member here personally. I'm only giving truthful observations as a first time guest to this Texas Roadhouse located in Auburn, IN)
