Update: Come here about once a month since they opened. Food and service is always good. New policy of not being seated until your whole party is present is absurd. If I want a drink or appetizer until everyone arrives, I shouldn't have to wait to be seated. I'm not concerned about the table turnover statistics. Management needs to re-evaluate this policy before they ruin an outstanding place to eat. Very crowded for a week night but the service was fast and the steaks were delicious.
Food overall here is good but based off 2 prior experiences the cooks here can not cook a rare steak. The photo included is not rare its BLUE rare, if we're gonna be a cook at a steak house it's imperative that we know the difference between raw and rare
Usually have a good experience every time but lately not so much. We were seated by the host in apparently a “closed” section. We sat there for 10+minutes before someone came to our table and told us they were moving us because we were seated wrong. Moved us across the restaurant to a noisy area. My chili came to me at room temperature and became cold shortly after the first bite. Everyone else’s food was fine. Just not the best service day
Tonight for my daughters pre birthday dinner we all went to Texas Roadhouse House at Jubans Crossing. We had a party of eight for the evening and we were accommodated beautifully. Our server immediately put our drink order in and asked if we wanted any appetizers. We passed on the appetizers and put in our dinner order. Fresh rolls came out that literally melted in your mouth. Our dinner salads were chilled and simply delicious. I liked how things came out in courses. The main meal came out and I was impressed that my steak came out so well. It was soft not rubbery. The flavor, oh so good! Baked potato perfect! I cant even start to say how good this meal was! Our server managed to keep everyone at our table happy and was super friendly. This Texas Roadhouse was beyond superior!l
I love the food at Texas Roadhouse. They give you lots of food and the price is very reasonable. The rolls and honey butter are very addictive! HOWEVER, their pickup service is extremelyslow and they need help with their efficiency. They do not have a good system. I ordered online and paid and scheduled to pick up 1 1/2 hours later. I get there on time, call and they state that they will notify me when it's ready. I wait 30 minutes and finally get out of my car and walk to the pick up window. I ask about my order and see 2 bags of food waiting to be picked up and one was mine. They never contacted me to let me know it was ready. This was about a month ago. Then just the other day, my daughter tried to place an order online at noon. The app told her it would be ready at 4 pm. That would be 4 hours. She didn't place the order.
Great food!!! But if you have more then 7 people in a party. Be prepared for the rest of the party to sit on the opposite side of the restaurant. And, they were notified in advance how many people were in the party. Then after being seated for 20 minutes. They seated people behind us after we asked if we can use that same table. Being told there is no server.
Wait time was only 5 minutes last night. I was impressed bc it's always packed. My son always gets cheese fries no matter where we go, but it was awesome that Texas Roadhouse offered the add chili option. They were amazing ????. I was a bit put out bc they didn't have prime rib, but the rib eye was lovely. Our potato skins were overcooked, the only downside to the meal. The salad was fresh and wonderful and my son couldn't get enough of his BBQ ribs. Overall it was a fantastic dining experience! Don't forget to try the Legend margarita with the black lava salt. To die for and a must for all margarita fans.
Every time we got a chance to stop by here to eat, there always busy and the parking lot is full but despite them being busy we decided to stop anyways and I’m glad we did. It was both of ours first time eating here at the Juban Crossing location and our experience was super great! Our food was delicious and cooked exactly like we had ordered. Our waitress was fantastic and attentive. We couldn’t have been happier about our meal. Definitely worth the visit.
