The food was amazing let’s start there, but what made me whole experience amazing was Adam my server. He was absolutely hands down AMAZING! There was a wait but nothing crazy. Maybe 20-30 minutes but that was about it. If y’all go and if you can sit in Adam’s section.
Like this place a lot, been many times, steakes are great, especially the ones you can pick at the entrance. The prices are great, in NYC you'd pay double what they charge you here. For the side I like that loaded baked potato, best bounce for an ounce. Was not particularly impressed by the ribs, but prime rib and t-bones there are awesome.
Busy place! But we were served quickly and our waitress was very friendly and took good care of us. It was my grandsons birthday and they brought the saddle out and celebrated with us.
Hands down this is the absolute worst Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to! We were in town for a hockey tournament over the weekend, ordered pickup- big mistake! When we got the food back it was awful! Our hotel was literally 3 minutes from the restaurant so not a long drive and everything was still warm. The cheese fries were incredibly overcooked. The cheese had turned to rubber and the fries were actually hard all the way around from how long they baked or sat under the heat lamp. My son ordered burgers, as seen in the picture the burgers were burnt pucks and the cheese was completely charred. I got a house salad that tasted fine, thankfully, but was tiny and disappointing. This whole meal was a complete waste! Yes, the restaurant was busy, it was a Satursday night so we would have completely understood the food taking a little extra time or something possibly being a little messed up but this was insane! Super disappointed!!
Servers are always so friendly and accommodating. Food is awesome and those rolls are amazing with the cinnamon butter. Only thing I don't appreciate is no prices on the drink menu!
The house was jam packed but the hostess was kind enough to get us on deck right when our wait time was up, but what truly made our night was our server Adam, he was crazy busy but he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made sure that everyone in his section had his attention and didn't miss a beat. My husband and i felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant with how well we were treated. Hands down the best service I've ever had. We will definitely be asking to be seated in Adam's section again. Thanks again for wonderful night!
As a Canadian, this is my favourite American chain. We came to celebrate and our server was so much fun!! Prices are excellent, the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. They gave us so many rolls and cinnamon butter to go for free when we asked to buy some to take home. Everything here is delicious, and the staff are the friendliest in town.
My family and I were extremely happy with our visit. The food was good but our server Adam was SPECTACULAR! We never once had to ask for anything. Our drinks were always full and he was so genuinely nice. Not a nice because it's your job nice. A class act for sure.
