Me and my wife visit Texas road house frequently and love it every time. This was our first time at this location and I was a bit disappointed not with the service staff but with whoever was behind the grill. Me and my wife always order sirloin steaks I usually get the 11 ounce and she usually gets 6 or 8 ounces. We both love it medium and we make sure our waitress always knows how we want it. But as you can see in the picture, my wife was served a piece of leather. Well done. We sent it back and guess what we got the second time, another piece of well done leather. Food manager stepped up and made sure it finally was made right and after another wait my wife finally had a properly cooked medium steak. I don't know who was behind the grill because one thing is to be busy but to over cook my steak twice .. someone needs to learn a bit better. Everything else was great. Just hope when we return our steaks come out better than that. That's all..
Yes Texas Roadhouse is a chain but this is a new location that's been added to Brighton. The service was excellent.
The food was really good. This chain reliably makes a great meal. My 18 oz ribeye was delicious. Also, the bread.... The bread I think is the main reason people go here. It's amazing.
The whole vibe is fun. There is a bar as well for people who just want to go there for happy hour.
Overall I give it a 10/10 and a great addition to the city of Brighton. We got to come back soon
First time going and I have to say I was impressed, albeit the music was a bit loud for my tastes but I was treated rather well. I ordered the fried pickles and a 8 ounce new York strip with mash and corn portion sizes for the prices were amazing.
Highly recommend going during the week and not on the weekend may be not as loud music wise then. Will be back soon to try another menu item that caught my eye Keep up the great work Roadhouse!!
Always love the food. We sat at the bar which is usually great but a couple sat down that seems to be regulars and all the staff kept stopping by to say hi. The bartender seemed to be more concerned with talking to them than worrying about the rest of us at the bar. Over all it was a great experience with great food.
The food and the service were great. Delicious! We been here 2x times for a birthday and bigger group. 1st time we were but at back to back booths. 2nd time I specially asked for tables together she said tables don't move but they'd put us side by side. Okay, great but 2 booths side by side and still made us feel like it was 2 groups. 2 servers 2 bills. Not how I wanted our family dinner.
I don't normally do restaurant reviews but this deserves praise. My toddler and I went to Texas Roadhouse in Brighton yesterday. The service and food were on point. We were taken to our table with fresh hot bread in hand. Was asked for drinks, when drinks came back, we were asked for starters. While waiting for the starter, she came to check if we needed anything and let us know our starter was being prepared. We ordered at that time. I have intolerances to several foods and they didn't mind accommodating to my needs at all. She came back with our appetizer soon after. She was super kind with my toddler even though they were a little unsure about what was happening as it was a new experience. We received our food that was hot and cooked perfectly! A little later, the manager came by to check on us and our meal to ensure everything was going well with our service. The waitress came back and asked for a refill several times. My Toddler had accidentally pushed their coat off the bench a couple of time and the staff was quicker than me to pick it up. At the end, she was very kind making sure we had what we needed to take our food home. Walking out every staff member we encountered thanked us for coming in. Honestly I have never been more impressed with service at a restaurant! I recommend 12/10 stars!
Another visit! This time ribs and fish. Why?, because it’s steak house ???? both meals were excellent. Great service and a high quality experience!
Just picked up a large order today for 4 steaks and. A kids meal. Girl at the front doing Togo was so sweet. Wish I remember her name . It was around 5.20ish . Will be back food was great!
