Best WLM Reviews
My boyfriend and I went for my birthday dinner (though we did not mention this). We arrived at around 5:55pm and were seated immediately. I believe our waitress's name was Aisha, she was fantastic.
I had the 8oz New York Strip, with sides of steak fries and mac & cheese. I ordered my steak medium, and it was cooked perfectly. All of my food was delicious. I also ordered a strawberrg gin blossom, which was also delicious, and didn't taste too much like alcohol (I don't like to taste my alcohol, so this was good).
My boyfriend had ribs with sides of a baked potato and mac & cheese (both fully loaded) and he said it was all delicious.
And of course, the rolls and butter were amazing as well. I can't wait to go back.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I also have to be honest! This is not a “regular” place for us to eat but we do go a few times a year. I have never been even close to unsatisfied with anything prior to this visit. Check photos I have added! First the combo appetizer we ordered wasn’t good. The potato skins were nothing more than thin, sad looking sliced potato skins with a square slice of cheese covering 1/2 the skins that wasn’t even completely melted. Not hot enough to melt the cheese for one and even so not worth the money to pay for that. I ate one rattle snake bite and you would have thought I had also thrown a spoon full of salt in at the same time it was so salty tasting. I am a person that usually puts extra salt on things so for it to be to much for me that’s saying something! The loaded mashed potatoes that come in their own little bowl with shredded cheese on top that wasn’t melted because guess what?! That’s right, the potatoes were barely even warm. BUT the kicker to it all was when I went to cut my steak I noticed what looked like a piece of paper on the plate, and it was! Under the food and 1/2 was completely dissolved where you couldn’t see it! Again, see photos! I would have given one star however the manager did take care of and removed from the bill (which should have been!) , the order was correct and the waitress was great! (none of the issues were her fault) I’m not going to say I will never go back but if I do and have any issues it will be the last time!
Excellent customer service skills, short wait, great food. Pic of the food we got because it all looked delicious! ????
First time, last time
Receptionist spoke so fast and so softly I had to ask three times for her to repeat what she said.
I ordered a 14 oz prime rib and it was 1/3 fat and stringy, mushrooms were bits and pieces and very, very salty. Sweet potato was very good. My wife ordered a ribeye steak for 26.00 that was less than a half inch thick with sauted onions and mushrooms which were much too salty.
This is one of the better Texas Roadhouse that I have frequented. Customers are always greeted with a friendly smile and if you use the online waitlist your wait is minimal. The concierge greeted us upon entry and immediately took us to our table along with a generous portion of large sized rolls. Our server was at our table promptly even though the place was extremely busy. She was extremely knowledgeable and did a really good job of taking care of us. Our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered and I was glad because some places overcook but this place did not. I highly recommend this Texas roadhouse if you're looking for a really good meal
Stopped by here after driving from Virginia on my way to Iowa. So glad that I spent over $60 on meals for my wife, son and myself and having it take over 30 minutes just to get cold food. I ordered a steak and ribs meal with chili and a Caesar Salad. The salad was good. And…that was it. I love spending $22 for cold ribs and a cold steak that I had to put in the microwave to have it heated. My wife’s meal was cold as well. This was an extremely poor first impression of this location and one that I WILL NOT return to. If I could give negative stars I would. Definitely WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
We had a great time. We were seated quickly, our waiter was too notch, and all the staff were very personable. My dad was visiting from out of the country, and was confused on what happened to the peanuts. The staff went back to the table and gave him the whole bag and a few more to take home. ???? Very nice of them.
Food was good. Waitress was very good. The three young women standing at the check-in stand, talking personal, was not a good impression. Speaking clearly to incoming guests was not an option. I had to ask her to repeat what she said. There is nothing more annoying than to hear "How are you guys doing today"? Maybe a little additional training might be in order. I doubt we will return.
