This lovely person decided to cut me off while at a stop light when I was letting them get around me and then proceeded to flick me off with all of my kids in the car while driving like a moron. Wouldn’t do business with anyone like that. Gross.

I got my car towed after breaking down. The tow truck driver told me that my tow would be free if I had it towed to their shop; I agreed. A few days later I came.. My car was sitting out front by the road with keys in the ignition and turned on with the doors unlocked. Then I was told I owes $250 for the tow and a diagnostic. The owner told me that the driver I had no longer works for him because he had been breaking the rules- but how is that my fault?? He was incredibly blunt and rude and straight up told me I couldn't take the car. He did end up taking $60 off my bill because my new car had died earlier and I had to pay for roadside assistance for a jump start because my car at the tow yard had a dead battery and I couldn't get my jumper cables out of the trunk.

When I sold it, the man who drove a different tow truck told me that this place just looks shady. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Very upset

Stay far away from this place. I sent my car to get a suspension replaced 2 weeks ago. I paid them half the money up front and I was told it would take until the end of the week. They then told me it would be few days later whenever I called again to find out if it was ready and they then stopped following up when I said I won't be doing the body work with them. I went to see what work had been done after the 2 weeks. They had barely done anything - about 3 hours worth of labor over a period of two weeks. I told them that I want my car back and that they need to refund me the difference and just keep what I paid already for whatever they did. The owner, Joe Sorrintino, refused to release my car to me unless I paid the remaining balance for work that has not been not done. I am now filing a lawsuit as my property is being held hostage by this criminal. Other than that his employees and tow truck drivers were very kind and helpful.

The driver threw my phone when she/he was done talking to the owner of the house. She/he was completely rude! She/he started getting an attitude. I tried to explain to the individual that the owner wasn't getting an attitude, and that he couldn't hear her. She and the passenger were making smart remarks and had no remorse about ripping down the electricity wires. In fact, they pulled off without fixing with they had broken. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone after my experience today.

Worst towing company I've ever had the displeasure of using. I suggest staying far away from then. I used them when I got into an accident only for them to steal wheels and tires off my car that I purchased a couple months before hand and sell them. Theft and lying is what you will deal with if you chose them. I believe they are also drug users from what I saw at their establishment. I will be moving forward with legal action very soon if my property or cash value of it is not returned to me.

My tow cost was $90.00, but my credit card was charged $125.00. If you’re looking for a good honest company, this isn’t it. They must have previous customer’s numbers blocked because I’ve called over thirty times and no one answers. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to explain an extra charge. My Bill said $90.00. The charge said $125.00. That’s the company’s responsibility to prove the charge.

I called Texas Best Towing after finding them on Google,mmn to move my new ATV, very fast, very reasonable price and professional. I have always been learing of tow companies being dishonest ! Texas Best Towing proved that wrong. I have saved there number for future needs.

Update: There was harm caused to my vehicle as a result of the car not being towed correctly. Please BEWARE! Make sure you know how your vehicle is supposed to be towed to avoid any negative experience. Fortunately the owner is working with me to get the issue resolved. Will update again.
