Found Texas Auto One after a couple of other auto shops that my family and I have traditionally used didn’t answer their phones one day and GLAD WE DID! Sam was very accommodating from the start. We took my husbands truck up to their shop that evening after work. Sam hooked up his diagnostic tool told us what the problem was, gave us a pretty close estimate, and said we could bring it back the next day. When we picked the truck up Sam took the time to show us the part he replaced and explained what was wrong with it. He also replaced the floater with a genuine GM part so we have a warranty on it! Exceptional service! Very happy with Texas Auto One and will be back for sure. Price was reasonable and fair.
I have been having work done at Texas Auto for years and have never been disappointed. Getting to know the guys there I have found that they are quick, but thorough. fair and reasonable rates. Sam has been particularly helpful and has earned my trust and business. I highly recommend them for small or larger repairs and maintenance.
I do not recommend anyone going to this repair shop to get your vehicle fixed. The owner is very rude and does not handle pressure very well. Auto Max sent me here 3 times for them to repair my vehicle, and I am currently sitting in another repair shop so that my car can get fixed properly for the exact same problem. SMH
