We arrived 15 mins before our 4 pm appointment. We get there sit down on the couch and are waiting. They are playing the most vulger music. When I scheduled the appointment they asked how old my son was and I told them 5. F*** this, B****, p***y, and the n word. My two year old daughter was also with us. So much base my son was saying his head hurt. We were waiting and after being there till 4:15pm my two year old was getting antsy and jumping on her 5 year old brother. The owner Terry then told my two year old and 5 year old with a tone to keep their shoes off his couch. I know my daughter shouldn’t have been jumping on her brother but at the same time he didn’t have to say it the way he did and at the same time she’s TWO. This place is not professional at all so after waiting till 4:30 pm we left. I have never been so uncomfortable in a business in my life. I would not recommend taking anyone under 15 here. I couldn’t even hear myself think.
Dude has skills and patience. Knows exactly what he’s doing and is worth the visit! Get on his books while you can!
Great Environment. Good chat and everyone was nice as hell. I didn't have a appointment terry was free so he trim shave and cut my hair. Awesome job man thank you.
Great place. Been looking for a place to continue to go for over a year and have had good cuts but something was missing and this place will be the last search for me. Emma absolutely nailed it. Actually exceeded my expectation and did it better than I had pictured. Shop, staff, overall environment 10/10.
The best barbershop I’ve been to, fixed my messed up hair and absolutely loved how they cut my hair and gave me a lot choices on how to cut my hair, would definitely come back. Thank you Terry’s Empire Barbershop for cutting my hair.
If I could give more stars I would, when I walked in I was welcomed like I have been going there for years even though it was my first visit, definitely a one of a kind barbershop and won’t find another like it???? Terry did a amazing job getting me lined up and looking right! Looking forward to my next visit. 10/10 recommended ????????
Took my son in do get a haircut. I guess he cut to much off the top and he isn't happy! First time there, so paying $40 for a haircut he is not happy with, so that will be the last time there! Really nice people though and the atmosphere was nice!
The owner is so kind! He did a great job on my kids, both are happy with their new look!!! Great clean place with an uplifting vibe!!
