The bad: The bathroom stalls in the women's restroom are very small. There is only a few inches space between the door and toilet which means standing next to the toilet if you want to close the door. The doors should open out and not in since the stalls are small.
Price was $54 for an hour of bowling for 2 people, that includes the student discount.
The ok: Waited an hour for a lane to open up which was plenty of time to walk down to starbucks and get some drinks. You got a text message when your lane was ready.
The good: The couches/seating areas at the bowling alley are comfortable and the employees were very friendly even though it seemed they were short staffed. They were quick to clean the tables/lanes in between groups
Came for the pinball machines, but the arcade and bowling alley itself was very impressive. They also serve full meals at the bar if interested. On the topic of the pinballs, they both were in great condition and required cards to play. The Ghostbusters card reader wasn't on sadly so I wasn't able to give it a full evaluation. I'll be back to get on that Ghostbusters machine and get some bowling in.
Terrible service. They started a new platform and booking system on their website on April 12th. Before I booked I had called them because the website stated once you book there’s no refunds. I called and asked if they still gave EMT discounts, as they have previously done so in the past. She asked the manager and said to go ahead and book it, and then they could reimburse me once I came in since there was no way to do it over the website. When I got there, I asked about the EMT discount, and they said no. I asked to speak to the manager, and somehow they just had no one available for me to talk to. I don’t like being told one thing and then switched up on like I was lying. The girl helping me at the counter continued to talk over me when I was trying to explain how I called first and confirmed and then booked it. She proceeded to tell me how I should have read the part where it said no refunds. Very disrespectful and could care less about the customer. I never EVER leave reviews. As someone that owns a small business I know that it can ruin someone’s reputation. Well this place could care less. I will never come here again. Better be careful with your reservations, no refunds in any way. Oh, and if you have any people in your party not show up, too bad, still have to pay for it.
Had a wonderful experience, food and drinks were amazing. we had the nicest server named Jessie. He was a very kind and accommodating distinguished gentleman. Will definitely go again solely for his presence.
The wait is no joke! Almost feels like a strategy. You routinely wait about 1 hour, spend about $100 on arcade games to buy time, and finally bowl hungry as heck and dropping another $150 (if food included). Truly a business model, lol. The bowling experience is very pleasant and the food is solid. Because of the routinely ridiculous wait, I always think twice before going and frequently choose to stay back. If the center kept it “bowl specific” with the food service, it’d be a solid 5 for experience and 4 for priciness.
Had a party here last night for my employees and I must say the food was amazing. Prime rib, chicken marsala and all of the sides very good! The two young men that assisted our party were just as good I believe their names were Jesse and Trenton. We used the back 8 room and everyone had a chance to bowl and socialize with plenty of room. The place itself seems very lovely and the employees are so incredibly nice and accommodating. However I do worry for them as a lot of them seem overly tired more so than normal. Apparently some of them worked until two in the morning and were asked to come in at ten the same day. That seems a bit overwhelming to me and I hope this isn’t the norm especially with nicely they treated me and my family
Just watch your tab when ordering food or drinks they hit us with a 18% gratuity there where 10 of us and 3 separate tabs. Bowling was fun but yeh it’s expensive there all the way around in 3 hours we spent 200.00.
