Food and drinks are delicious! We've been ordering sushi from the owner for years, almost on a weekly basis. Excellent service every time. We're excited about his new beginnings here at Oishi Express.
This is the place to order to go sushi rolls!! I strongly recommend to my friends because you get more than you pay for. The owner is very kind and think of customers. Sushi rolls are very fresh and quality is better than other place!!
This place is convenient and the parking space is good. There's boozy boba drinks, too, and snacks. I got boba drinks from here, and it was great. Doesn't take too watery or too over sweet. Great seating and space, too.
I’ve tried a lot of popcorn chicken in my life and the seasoning on this popcorn chicken is pretty good… however, its not as crunchy as I’d expected it to be. I still liked it a lot because the chicken was tender and the seasoning was good. I’d like to say its more crisp than crunchy!
I also ordered pearl milk tea which might be their best seller? It tasted like okinawa milk tea that was pretty sweet, but the boba (pearls) was flavorless. It wasn’t honey boba or anything but I think it was fine since the drink itself was already sweet. :) All comes down to preference on the boba!
We got the green tea cubes and it was really really good. The toast was crunchy and caramelized on the outside, soft on the inside. The takoyaki was super yummy. The white sauce threw us off because it wasn’t mayo or anything, it was kinda sweet? So it mightve been mayo + honey. There was a pool at the bottom of the sauces that drenched the takoyaki so if you’re into that… this is a must lol.
Used to be fantastic, new management drove this place to the ground :(
Food isn’t even that good. And they got rid of popular toppings. Also all my favorite employees quit, the chicken was raw, and they have an ant infestation
I love this place, and have to say it is one of Elk Groves new hidden gems. Great for the all types of crowds. Open late night and plenty of food options along with beign a dessert place. The new management has big ideas. I for one cannot wait until the are here. The atmosphere is nice, and accompanies perfectly with a nice tea, shaved snow, shaved ice, or my favorite the giant dessert combinations with a nice sweet bread, coupled with flavored ice cream or your choice fresh fruit and sauces, make a beautiful year round dessert option for any occasion or just for that sweet tooth craving
Now that they’re open late, it’s a good spot to fill the boba craving after dinner. Highly recommend the boozy tropic kiss!
As a parent, it is family-friendly, kids of all ages, but when I do go, I notice when the friends that work there have friends come in, the Customer service goes out the door, and I get the look," come on, lady hurry up and order" ???? my friends are here. Other than that, drinks, food, and games are great! Want to bring family and friends with us to thus place.
