Professional. Trustworthy. Reliable. Big thank you to Bryant and the team at Taxi Etc. I was stuck in Cambridge after my scheduled Lyft cancelled on me @4AM on a Sunday and after calling 10 different taxi services I was finally able to get a car through Taxi Etc. He arrived the exact time he said he would and got me to DWI safe and sound. The price was more than what my Lyft would’ve been, but for the service I received with the odds stacked against me, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend
I have been riding for years and I never really had a issue. Service is geeky limited taxi cab wise in Salisbury but they are very prompt as possible and I can’t complain
He was like the best driver I had from cabs to Lyfts or Uber, he literally was the smoothest ride, played good music, clean car and friendly
They have no consideration for disabled people there is a driver that is great driver 19 the lady named Lynette is very rude my mother is handicapped and walks with a cane and she has COPD and she was trying to put her in the back and told her to quit making excuses so we got out of her vehicle and she constantly called her a nasty person and I feel it's not right she needs a attitude adjustment my mother is a very loyal person using your company for many years
i rode with bj and he is always respectful arrives on time and gets you where u got to go on time i always know it’s gonna be a good easy smooth ride when he pulls up

Highly recommend! Everyone from the person answering the phone to the driver was just wonderful. Clean vehicle, prompt and just a pleasure to deal with. Tip your driver.
