I got my skoolie (40 ft school bus) stuck in the mud/grass in my backyard when I rolled it in after a week of downpour (unknowingly). I had tried grip pads, plywood, gravel, and with my axle so low to the ground I was out of room to experiment on my own. My driveway is spacious but the gate on the fence is tight and I was worried that no one would be able to help me. I called around and every other tow truck company quoted me almost $1000, but after I called Tauber's they sent someone out right away to take a look free of charge and then worked within my budget graciously to help me! They pulled out my bus right away and I didn't even need to take down my fence. The owner and the fella who came out were so kind and helpful! I was so relieved when my bus came out of the mud! Wonderful people!

Was cut off on the road in Maryland going to North Carolina. Ran into a ditch. I'm still alive. I'll praise it to The Most High.

I was recently in a terrible situation and Tauber’s Towing truly came to the rescue! They were so efficient and gave me excellent customer service during a difficult time. I was worried about damages to my truck but they handled it with such care that it really eased my worries. I would highly recommend this wonderful family-owned business!

Our trailer flipped on I-83 on Labor Day weekend due to a defective rear tire. Taubers was called in to remove our trailer from the road. We were advised to leave the scene once the police arrived and were told that we could go to Taubers on Tuesday to retrieve our belongings. I called and spoke with Kim Tuesday morning and she said there was nothing to retrieve but she would call me back. She never called so I went there and was told that our belongings were in a dumpster at Ted’s towing. I went there and was prepared to go dumpster diving. The only thing in their dumpster was what was left of our trailer’s shell. There were no belongings in there, except for a box of cereal and 2 Gatorades. As for all of our belongings no one knew where they were. If your a camper you know you have everything in there from pots and pans, toys from your kids, tents, sheets, blankets, TVs, etc. l want to add it was a brand new trailer, so where did our belongings go? They also charged our insurance company an outrageous amount of money for us to not have anything. On top of that they knew they were going to get paid for their services and they held our tag hostage until their check came in. My advise would be if you have an accident pray you don’t get them because they did nothing to guard or protect our belongings, nor did we get contacted that we would get nothing back.

Terrible!!!!!!!! We kept in touch with them and my car ended up being "stolen" out of one of their lots and no one knows anything....... (draw your own conclusions) I would never ever recommend them. After all this it took them 2 days to tell me!!! The owner mike wouldn't speak to me or my husband. Every time we called he was busy. In the yard or out to lunch 3-4 hours. We even heard him say tell them I'm not here. (Someone didn't put the phone on hold) We've asked for our keys back n was told they don't know where they are. It should be in the box. So someone took my key n car???? They assured me that everytime a car is picked up the drivers are given the key n escorted to the vehicle. They have no idea.... lol ok.

I would never ever recommend them to anyone ever. They're rude n inconsiderate!

I still say it was an inside job. Someone has to know something. I got the we've been in business over 70 Years and this is the first time it's happened. OK!! Maybe since Mike took over for his Dad... I wonder how his Mom feels about it. I doubt she knows.

I know this it long but I hope it helps someone keep their vehicle.

To go along with the post about them they are aware of the rudeness of the woman. I spoke to the owner n told him about her n she's very rude on the phone. Go there n it's a whole different experience. She wasn't rude when I went there in front of her.

My daughters vehicle was towed there after an accident a few days ago. When calling to coordinate getting her car transported elsewhere, Tauber charges a daily storage fee, she was told 'It's Not Going To Happen!' by an extremely rude female who answered the telephone. Basically she said call back on Monday after 09:00 because I will not be here. So my daughter had to contact another towing company to get them to go to Tauber's to retrieve her vehicle. Otherwise she'd have had to pay Tauber needlessly for storage over the weekend. Perhaps reading this you aren't getting the level rudeness the employee at Tauber leveled at my daughter and then my wife over the phone. I would hope the owner(s) of Tauber Service Station are simply unaware of the low life woman working for them. My wife is now on a mission to track the owner(s) down and let them know and suggest that some changes are made.

These people should be out of business for the amount they charge just to toll someone car! $250! I had to pay at least $400 just to get my car! This company's driver tracked mud into my car. Greece stains were on my door, seat, shift, and steering wheel.

Horrible service.

Extremely rude lady on the phone. I'm sure when I come to try and pick up my car (involved in a accident) service will not be any better. Not sure why the state emergency services and Geico uses them. Complaints will be filed.
