Great customer service from the moment we walked it. The food was amazing! One of the top Peruvian restaurants we have been to. You won’t be disappointed.
They have changed their name to Taste of Peru & this location has exceeded my expectations! Great service, spotless environment, and a fantastic array of lunch specials. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem and can't wait to return.
Mixed experience here. Came here around 5:45pm on a weekday just before dinner time - seemed to be a great place. Dining area was a comfortable setting. We were the only customers here while ordering and waiting. Ordered chicken and fries to go, simple order - chicken decent, but fries were HORRIBLE. Whoever packaged them HAD TO know they were old and soggy. Very disappointing to try a place for the first time only to get home to food that's better off not eaten - home is three blocks away from this place. Spicy sauce was good, the other tasted very strange. I wonder if they would've served the same fries if we ordered to eat there? Two star because this was just disrespectful. Its not like the fries were only missing salt, but they were rather gross. That's unacceptable. Most of us work hard for our money and if we order something it means we're hungry and plan to eat it. Btw, no ketchup for the gross fries either. Also, server didn't know English - no big deal had the food been appropriate and fresh, but here we are.
Small, friendly place for great Peruvian food. My party had Leche del Tigre, Pollo saltado, and chauffa carne. It was all absolutely delicious, one of my favorite Peruvian places so far. It’s very fairly priced unlike the other local places.
Mixed experience with great service.
We tried this place in search of authentic Peruvian Chicken delicacies.
First, the whole Chicken came out looking delicious and tasted amazing. The rice were cooked well with a satisfying flavor for all taste buds. They gave way too many fries which should have been split with another side but that was not that an option. Next, the green sauce was over the top salty and to the point where we could not use it. The same goes for other sauces so it needs improvement all around. The special Peruvian drinks and desserts were tasty.
Plenty of indoor seating but can be limited during busy times. Our server was sweet and friendly. She helped us navigate the menu to make choices.
All in all, food here is delicious but they need a salt level check. That turned us off for a return visit.
Best food ever!
I loved every single thing about this place.
The waitress was super kind and friendly, and the food was nothing but perfect!
Definitely a must for who likes peruvian food.
They are hiring for servers. The young man is obviously new to the game. I ordered chicken with rice and I don't like fries so they allowed me to swap for house salad. Beans were sold separately. The drink Passion fruit was too sweet & watery. Chicken was extremely thin and lightly breaded. I ordered fried Yuca delicious. Garlic sauce was not an option. Hot sauce is incredibly delicious packs a punch. Food was good over all. Beans were not hot slightly warm. The gratuity was forced upon you and waiter never said anything. If you don't notice you pay tips twice. Over all the food on the menu in my professional experience is over priced. In summary I have to say everyone should try this place at least once.
Good service and good food. They offer a full menu and also lunch menu. I usually stop in for lunch, for a great price you get delicious lunch. They have the best Peruvian pollo a la brasa in Orlando. They are located in a small shopping plaza across from Gatorland, a little far from my home, but I always stop when I’m on that side of town.
