Oh boy Jr your father is a great cook . Loved my tacos. Very well prepared the seasoning was excellent and the green sauce wow ! Thanks again for a great meal and the conversation. Tacos in 48 states these folks are in my top 5 for quality price and portion. A hidden little gem people you must try if in Indy ! Thanks again.
Absolutely phenomenal. The man working the window was so cheerful and welcoming. Plenty of parking no matter how busy, which can be hard to find sometimes with food trucks. Food was out in under ten minutes (mind you it was a tuesday night, so give them grace if it’s a weekend and they’re busy). I wish I took a picture of the tacos, but I scarfed them down. Will absolutely be visiting again!
Just stopped for late night family snack, tacos, quesadillas, sopes, it’s all good food. You can tell they take pride in their food and it tastes clean and fresh.. I stop by here often..
Taste of Cholula isn't in this location anymore. This review is for the taco truck currently operating out of this location, which I find to be quite a bit better.
The tacos and burritos here are fantastic. The meats are good quality and well prepared. They add a little bit of corn to the burritos, which I find interesting. They also cook the tortillas for the tacos a little more than your standard taqueria. They're not crispy or greasy, and it definitely makes them better. Portions are middle of the road, and good value for the price.
What really sets this truck apart is how friendly they are. The main guy who runs it always seems happy to see you, and he's very pleasant to talk to. While it's pretty rare in my experience to encounter truly bad service at a taqueria or truck, with some it's clear they could take or leave your business. I don't hold that against them, because I understand I'm an outsider to their community. But at some places, like this truck, it's clear they're happy to have your business and would like for you to come back. I've been to this truck a few times, and I will definitely be returning.

Got some tacos and quesadillas, everything was delicious. Food set good in the stomach, no one was upset or having issues. Definitely coming back for a late night snack.
The service was very friendly and fast. The food portions were large and looked amazing.
That being said, the burritos were inconsistent. One was crispy, the other was soggy. The chicken and pork were both bland along with the guacamole that was in each burrito.
Reading the other reviews, this may have been a singular occurrence but the food didn't live up to the hype for my wife and I. If this is a common occurrence, I think simply seasoning the meat and changing guacamole recipes would take the food to the next level.
Amazing taco truck. Good prices and portions, great tasting every time. They do only take cash, which is inconvenient but often the price of doing business. There’s an ATM at the gas station across the street. Worth it!
