Tarra's Hair Studio is WOW!
First, I am new to the state, so I searched for a braider and called different places. I wasn't comfortable until I contacted Tarra's. On the phone, the lady that answered was so helpful and pleasant, and she connected me to Brockie, who could service me even on short notice. I have been serviced twice, and I have had the same experience each time; they all have excellent customer service from when you walk in until you leave. The ambiance of the studio is warm, welcoming, and clean! You can relax while being serviced. My Braider is Brockie, and every single time she gets it right! Her work is neat and quick, and she's friendly and patient.
I love this place. Whenever I am there they greet me with so much love and welcome. I feel like home. Tarra is my stylist and when she has finish my hair I feel like crying with joy. I am pretty again! Every stylist is kind, awesome smiles with good conversations. Blessed atmosphere.
Bee or Beverly has done my hair twice now! She’s literally an angel with amazing conversation and she get’s me right every time!
I’ve also had my hair done by Brockie! Who had me looking amazing before an appearance on a major podcast!
Literally the whole salon is so welcoming and the energy so inviting.

I have been coming to Tiffany's for about 7 years now. I get my hair done by Sherie and she not only styles my hair but she also makes sure it is healthy. She examined my ends, deep cleans + moisturizes my scalp, gently de-tangles and does not apply any heat to my hair before twisting it. I love that she knows how to care for my natural hair and respects my preference for no heat + light tension styling.
I love the environment of the salon. Each visit feels like I am spending time with my home girls. The vibes are always so positive and fun.
This is by far the BEST HAIR SALON in the high desert!!! The staff is Excellent and very professional! Beverly does OUTSTANDING braids with natural and added hair.

Tarra did the shampoo, conditioner, trim, blow dry, press & curl on my hair. It’s very pretty, soft & healthy. She & all of the ladies do EXCELLENT hair care & for me, they are the top salon in the high desert. Awesome service & they really care. The atmosphere is friendly & professional!
My stylist Star is very good at doing hair, but I will only give 1 stars because customer service professional and lost of hair. I expect a certain amount of professionalism. I expect to be seen on time, I expect my hair to styled in a timely manner and my stylist to only do my hair and no one else’s during my visit. Sitting under a dryer so you can finish someone’s else hair is not acceptable to me. I pay good money and my time should be respected.

I got a silk press and color. I have no complaints about my hair. She was late once and the another time she tried to reschedule me by 2-3hrs but I’m very busy and can’t change my schedule at a drop of dime.
-Sherie braided my hair 1 out 5. Firstly she is a terrible communicator. She is not timely with getting back to customers on availability. You have to constantly remind her. Granted I did cancel on her but I was snowed in because of a blizzard and I gave 24hr notice.
Then I tried to reschedule but that took a long time because she doesn’t reply to messages. She was in the middle of a clients hair when I walked it for my appointment, her excuse was her client was late(if a client is extremely late, cancel them) so I had a wash and sat under the dryer, something I hate… then she continued with the other client. I wait…
Sherie griped my hair so tightly but I have long hair there is no need to grip my hair so tight. I usually chalk it up to being tinder headed but it’s not the case. I was told to take an ibuprofen to help with my aches and on top of that she twisted my hair so tight I couldn’t sleep properly for a week. She never asked me where I wanted my part and when I left my whole back was wet from the hot water she soaked my hair in…(which is unnecessary for long braid with no curls…When I took them down I had pieces broken off that wasn’t normal shedding… so instead of growing my healthy thick hair, I lost hair and it’s thinner. Also don’t use gel or edge control in hair you’re braiding… it looks crusty after 2 days … simple moisturizer will do fine….
