The food was delicious. Best tripa tacos I've had. The menudo is just like they serve it in Guadalajara. There is plenty of meat and no hominy. I also recommend their gorditas. The downside is the incredibly loud music they play inside. And the slow service. The caldo de red lacked flavor, too. The horchata drink is not authentic. They use that pre made powder stuff. I'll definitely go back, I'll just take my food to go, though.
My date ordered the Chili Rellano, which was good. I had the beef ribs. They were very tough and full of fat. I could not eat them. My food arrived 5 minutes after my dates arrived. The jukebox was was blaring at the top volume which made it hard to have a conversation. The floors were dirty and the tables were not cleaned properly after each patron. This was on the news as one of the best hole in the wall restaurants in central Arkansas. My thoughts are that it should remain a secret.
I don't know who put my burritos together tonight but they were on point!!!! I've been ordering from here for quite some time and I would say this was my best order yet! They even gave me a little foil packet with cilantro and onions and I have never got that before. Great Addition.
I love the Al pastor sopes here at this quaint little hole in the wall café/grocery store in Levy. Today I ordered a tamale with rice and beans and of course a sore. Very delicious and always served perfectly. Ada is a great server here!
Authentic Mexican Food! The parking lot is small and so is the restaurant, but the flavors are big! If you are wanting authentic south of the border flavors, this is your place. If you have a recipe that is missing a few authentic Mexican ingredients, then this is also the place for you. Conveniently located within the restaurant is a small market with fresh baked treats with a Mexican flair as well as those hard to find ingredients that complete any homemade fiesta recipe. So stop by and check out this wonderful family operated Mexican eatery.
They are not hospitable at all, they do not speak English. when you come pick up your Uber eats order they work the restaurant first, and then the Uber eats orders last. Every time I get here the food is never ready. Why have Uber eats on if you cannot work the orders, or get them out.
Our waitress was great, cashier was great loved the store. Ordered pork chops they tasted a little funny almost freezer burnt or something. Little upset about getting a canned coke but it’s Ight.
Just amazing! When the restaurant makes mistakes, they make sure they never happen again, the food is always hot on arrival, the food is always high-quality and high quantity, and I can tell it’s made with love.
