Love this bus station great service and the staff are very nice good job
Stay away. My mother went on a trip to Durango mexico. Before getting to the El Paso Border all passengers were harassed for extra money. They also asked for more money to assist with the luggage. I will never send any of my family members on this particular company. My mother was very scared.
Had to wait outside 3 hours for the bus in Texas it suckedother than that it was alright
Nothing Royal about this horrible experience never riding with these guys again ! First there is no parking maybe just 3 spots available which the employees take so you have to park across street just to get access to location, the ladies inside are very rude no customer service at all very poor have very bad attitude, there is no one there to receive and load up your luggage I had to personally load them up on the bottom of the bus by myself ( which is very dangerous) while the driver looked at me and instead of helping asked me if I could fix other peoples luggage for him while he is sitting down, on top of that all staff does not follow safety and are not wearing mask including driver. If i can make a suggestion avoid the stress and inconvenience and just go across the street to TUFESA where they treat you like true royalty compared to these guys. If I could would be negative stars.
Extremely nice drivers (I recommend the bald gentleman with the mustache), mostly comfortable seats, very nice restrooms, and courteous station workers. I've taken their buses from Mexico to US twice now and both times they were wonderful to me.
Customer service at the front desk is terrible!! The lady's working there have such a a bad attitude, they don't try to help you at all, and they say one thing one day and a totally different thing the next time you ask. I thought customer service was supposed to be about the customer and helping as much as possible not making it super hard to buy a dam ticket. It's ridiculous all this trouble if I'm just traveling to Tucson with my kids that they wouldn't even accept their school IDs after they had tolde they would the first time I can to get info. I can't imagine the TROUBLE they give those who travel to Mexico and farther. The front desk customer service agents in the office in Tucson are very nice, the lady's especially Maritza are very nice, patient, and extremely helpful. I also don't understand because you try to be nice to them in Phoenix location and they still act like it's going to cost them the ticket out of their own dam pocket... Is it really necessary to be so rude???!!! The drivers and others helping with luggage are super nice, helpful, and provide excellent customer service they all get 10 ???? but those ladys no way the get a 1 if not lower and if they don't like their job then find something else here you don't have to deal with customers please. Homero Treviño as manager of this place I really hope your ladys realize that being rude gets them no where and only makes customers not want to come back!!
I usually don't do 2 star reviews but this place needs to improve their customer service, for starters they make you wait just because they can and second don't try to pay with a 1k peso bill because they don't take them.
The most rudest mexicans work here. Like if they hate their job so much,then why work here. Why work around people, if you ain't a people person. That right here, is my real question!! Why work around people, if you're going to be obnoxious, and have a stink attitude towards people.??
