Tap & Burgers bar is a delightful spot for burger aficionados. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of sizzling patties tantalizes your senses. The food is undeniably amazing, with each bite bursting with flavor. But it's not just the food that shines; the service is exceptional too. Our waitress was both friendly and professional, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of stellar.
However, there were a couple of minor hiccups. The happy hour menu and hours weren't entirely accurate, which could be a tad disappointing for those seeking deals. Yet, the shining star of our visit was undoubtedly the supervisor, Mikki. Her attentiveness and helpfulness turned our slight inconvenience into a non-issue. Kudos to her for her outstanding service. Overall, Tap & Burgers is a must-visit for burger enthusiasts, offering a delicious culinary experience with top-notch service.
Will never come back to this place, service was horrible. She came to the table to take our order then after we asked a question about the menu she just left without taking our order, so we waiting about 15mins for her to come back after just walking away. Food was basic not really good but edible. She forgot to bring us the sides we ordered. The drinks were horrible. Too much salty mix and barley any alcohol. Payed 10 bucks for a very small glass of margarita that ended up making my stomach hurt from the cheep mix they used. And on top of the bad service and not great food there was a $20 service fee on top of $10 taxes and fees. So we're were forced to tip for horrible service. This should not be allowed, if you can not pay your staff a proper wage it is not the customers responsibility to make up for this. Especially considering how expensive everything was.
First time eating here & we won't go back. We went there according to the stars and also out of curiosity. We had to ask and wave down a waiter several times to get a refill. We finally got a refill when we were done with our meal. Our soda was $4 each, which is not marked on the menu. Our 20 % graditude was $7. We spent $42 for 2 classic burgers plus 2 sodas and gratitude.
Bella is the best! Knowledge of menu is wonderful and her selections were awesome. Service is 5 star and you all are lucky to have here
We love Tap and Burger. We used to come all the time when we lived just a few minutes away, and we still visit from time to time. Tap & Burger does everything well that matters.
Beers list? Great.
Happy Hour? Choice.
Burgers? Awesome.
We frequently get the Black and Bleu burger and it’s always excellent. Not always cooked to preference, but that’s okay. The smoked wings are absolutely top tier.
Service is always fast. McKenzie had our beers and food out super quick and was super friendly!
Pretty much piggybacking off a lot of other people here. This mandatory 20% forced tip is absolutely ridiculous. Like are you serious? What incentives are there for your servers to give good service? Why do you depend on your customers to pay your staffs wages? Isn't that what the 3x food costs are for? I could explain how that works but, as a business, you should know this by now. I understand you feel we're living in a progressive time but you are kidding yourself if you think a forced 20% tip is going to go over well with most people. The service was FAR from a 20% tip! The food was subpar, the server didn't know what they were out of. She charged me $8 for fries that were supposed to come with the meal. The upsell is plain rude!

Went here for lunch, had an excellent experience. Was welcome quickly by the host and offered my choice of seating indoors or outdoors. I chose to sit by the bar and I'm glad I did because Bella, the waitress staffing the bar provided excellent customer service. Greeted me warmly, offered me a menu and a glass of water and asked if I wanted anything else to drink.
Once I'd had some time to go over the menu, Bella took my order. When I asked for the Cauliflower wings and expressed some indecision at the sauces/dry rub options, Bella suggested I get the dry-rub with the sauce of my choice on the side. I took this suggestion and I'll take it again next time! I encourage the reader to try this themselves!
This was the first of many work-lunches I will take at this location.
They have good vegetarian black bean burger option. I like their cauliflower wings as well. They have some nice option for drinks. Staff is very friendly. I really recommend this place. They also have games on certain Friday of the week. Also I just tried their draft beers and I highly recommend it.
