Best tanning place I've ever been. Amazing customer service. Bulbs are always good. Never out. I'll never go anywhere else. The hours are great. People are always there when you need to tan. It would actually surprise me if there are any negative reviews for this place. Thank you to everyone that works there. ❤️
I like mostly the hours of service they provide. It works well with my work schedule. Spoke with the owner personally and they will make sure you’re taken care of even without an appointment. Beds are maintained. Courteous staff members. I’ve been tanning here for several years and I’ve never been let down. Thank you for being there for me.
The staff is so kind and helpful! If I ask a question and they don’t know they figure it out and get right back to me. The beds are always clean also!
One of the locations does have stairs so please keep that in mind when going :)
It is beautifully redone. They have excellent beds and service. They have many tanning products and packages to fit your budget. I recommend this business. Located in Historic downtown West Plains Missouri.
Great place and very friendly staff and owner . Very nice environment beautiful decor and tanning beds are great! New owner put lots of time and effort in this salon when she took it over, new bulbs, added a awesome leg tanner too! Highly recommend this salon !
I had recently started tanning here and at first, I thought this would be a good place. Decor and beds are awesome but outside of this, I do not recommend tanning here. If you purchase an unlimited tanning package, do not plan on using it as their hours of operation are not consistent. I have had to message them NUMEROUS times through Facebook , due to they never answer their phone; to ask if they are even open because they say they are, but no one is there. I purchased two months of unlimited tanning but probably used less than one month due to they are never open. I and another customer sat waiting today because they were suppose to be open but no one showed up; resulting in other customer and I leaving. When I message the owner, her response was her employee forgot! Then the owner proceeded to act as though it was MY fault that I did not call..... I asked for a refund of my last two weeks due to the lack of professionalism in operation of a this business and she refused. Not to mention how the bulbs are always out in the beds. I was placed in a level 2 bed that had "5" bulbs out when my package was a level 3. I have the most uneven tan! Level 3 bed always has 2-4 bulbs out on top lid. I could write more about this business on how her cleaning lady is extremely rude, no chairs to sit on, unfriendly staff, and how she stuck someone infront of me after I had been waiting over 15 minutes to tan because it was the girls birthday. In addition to this, the owner was discussing to me how she was in the negative running this business. I give her 6 months before she closes....... I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! IT'S A CIRCUS BEING RAN!!!
Girls were friendly and helpful, everything was clean. Overall a pleasant first impression!
