Best WLM Reviews
Friendly staff and amazing seafood. We came as a party of 5 last minute and took over the large patio table outside. It was an amazing afternoon and we had such a great time. Great wine section, and the menu had good sharing options. Loved it!
I wish this spot was in Chicago!! Killer fresh fish tacos and the service was crazy friendly and present without hovering. The fries with the tartar sauce were hard to stop eating!
I recently discovered this seafood restaurant in Culver City, and it immediately became one of my favorites. The food here is amazing in both taste and quality. I've had the chance to try their whole fish of the day (fried) and fish and chips on different occasions, and both plates were incredible. The fish tastes fresh and is especially flaky. Their edamame salad is also extremely tasty and is a must-get everytime I go. There is ample outdoor seating during lunch on the weekends, and their service is incredibly friendly. They're a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of food and great service is definitely worth it.
Everything I've tried here has been consistently fresh and delicious! I really miss the fried shrimp basket and the lobster bisque, but at least they still have the best fish tacos I've ever had. The new renovation including the bar addition is awesome too, can't wait to come by in the summer.
Standard American seafood spot that carries a large selection. I didn't get to try a lot of their dishes, but everything seemed fresh and tasty. Based on a friend that frequents, they are known for their tacos and fish & chips.
Their service is exceptional and attentive. It's a casual family dining restaurant. You order at the counter then they bring your food to your table. Only outdoor sittings are available, so don't forget to bring a jacket at night. Parking in the neighborhood streets isn't too bad. Expect to pay $20-30 per person if you order the casual stuff, but it can add up to $50-70 if you get the bigger ticketed items.
We had some Happy Hour small plates and the fish tacos. They have a few beers and some wine. They only have outdoor seating but do have heaters. Enjoyed the bacon wrapped shrimp.
The picture I posted there are two dishes. The big one is the whole fish of the day, deep fried. It’s really well served. It could certainly feed two people. No need for the other plate (that I forgot the name, I am sorry). I loved the outside seats (not sure if there are inside seats). There is a lot of green in the street and a nice breeze, super comfortable.
Fish is FRESH, grade A quality, is there anything else that needs to be said?
It’s a bit of a hidden gem and when I told a friend that I had gone there, she remembered it existed and that she wanted to go back
