I would recommend Don and his team to anyone who is looking for a trusted mechanic. I started using Tailored after another mechanic told me that my car needed a new $7000 engine. Turns out it didn’t. Don is always honest, never up charges for unnecessary work, and explains things to me. Heidi at the front is awesome at scheduling and always friendly. Highly recommend.

Don was a great help with fixing an oil drain plug that wouldn't come out. He and his team worked their magic and got it out. It wasn't easy for them but they didn't give up after over an hour. Most people would have given up and charged me for an unnecessary oil pan replacement. Don is a straight forward, honest man with a great work ethic. His team of guys are very resourceful and know what they are doing. I will use his shop for any repairs in the future.

I was referred to this shop by another shop because of my problem. The part we needed was no longer available on our 2012 ford escape. So we had our other issue addressed, an oil leak. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We won't hesitate to go back.

I have used Don and Tailored Car Care to change out fuel injectors on my Dodge Ram pickup and to change out a wheel bearing on a Honda Accord. Both times he/they are honest and reasonable on the prices and are not the kind of place that tries to add on charges or screw you over because "THEY CAN!"

We will always use them for any vehicle issues that we cannot do ourselves.

I am relatively new to the area. Tailored Car Care was recommended to us by a friend. Took our Subaru Outback and we are very happy with the service and the price. Our appointment wasn't for a couple days however they asked us to bring it in just in case they had an opening and could squeeze it in. 24 hours later I had the car back. The repair was much less than i thought so i had them take care of a few other items while it was there. I will definitely recommend Tailored Car Care and continue to use them. Nice to find a trustworthy mechanic in our new city.

A good honest mechanic!! My brother used to work for them and he always recommends that I take my car there. If he can't work on it because they are very honest. You don't have to worry about being taken advantage of.

I am a technician that works for Don. I enjoy working at Tailored Car Care. Don is good mechanic. Probably one of the best in Marion county,certainly the best I have worked with in my 13 years as a tech. He is eager to pass what he knows onto his employees. That is extremely rare in this industry anymore. 95% of the clientele are repeat customers so we try to take care of them and their needs and treat them with respect and dignity. He isn't the cheapest and he certainly isn't the most expensive but he is fair, honest, and at the end of the day....we all just want to fix cars because that is what we enjoy.....thank you
