The caldo de res was all fat and greasy soup not worth $15.99
Sope was very hard should have ordered a hard shell taco instead
1st and last time here not worth $56 for 2 of us. Will try somewhere else for caldo and a sope!
Hopefully they pay more attention to the food i got a hair on my birria, i didn't eat it after that but the tacos were good
Some food was good wife did not like a plate and the lady was rude and wanted to make my wife pay a plate that she did not like tortilla are very hard on bottom there survice sucks no help or try to fix anything to make things better don't recommend coming here anymore with the survice here
First time to Tacos Los Vaqueros and I can say that it is one of the best taco restaurants that I have been to. I had the birria taco, carne asada taco, and the tripa taco. The tortillas are a little oil fried, just like I like them with tacos. Everything was delicious and will be heading back very soon.
Delicious authentic Mexican food. My boyfriend and I were traveling from Texas to Colorado and looking for just such a cozy Mexican restaurant. For connoisseurs of truly authentic Mexican cuisine, this is an ideal option. With Mexican music and a very large selection of tacos. Personally, I found my favorite TACOS de cabeza, which is sometimes very difficult to find.

Food was so so. La Chapala on 20th & wadsworth is way better & cheaper
We stop by late night and service was good but we had to wait for the food. Nice for some good birria tacos ????. I will update the more I come to eat here.
