We had ordered Mulita ( the first time I tried this Mexican dish), and it was amazing. Tortilla and chicken were fresh and tasted just right. If you are passing by this, definitely try the food here. It was one of the best Mexican foods i ever had. We also tried chicken tacos, which was good.
Was here to charge up, decided to pop by Tacos El Monkey for a quick bite. I got 3 different tacos. The Asada was amazing, the Lengua was so fork tender I didn't need to chew it, and the best for me was the Pastor. Everything was so flavourful. I even had a bite of my friends quesadilla, and it was so crisp and brimming with chewy stretchy cheese. And the burritos are very hefty and tasty! Thanks!
This place makes amazing breakfast burritos! Such a convenient stop when I’m road tripping and need a bite. There’s also gas stations nearby so I can get some coffee and gas too.
They grill their onions and jalapeños perfectly. Burritos are packed like city buses. Seasoning is like grum-ma used to make????. Definitely would recommend.

the street tacos here are hidden gems. the pastor and carna asasa street tacos are tasty, juicy and cheap. their warm crunchy tostados with light bean and cheese combine with grilled onion and chilly is what separated them from great to amazing. my regular stop on trips to socal and back. friendly shop run by a husband and wife. we stopped by so far only a few times and they already remembered us.
My wife got the Baja tacos and I got regular. We had one each of Asada, Pollo and Pastor. They were a good size (not tiny), and were very good. I think they are cash only.
Outstanding Mexican truck, actually it is a trailer painted black. I ordered a carne Asada burrito. They offer you your choice of salsa. Red, is hot, the green salsa is more mild..
The burrito was very good. Has excellent taste served hot. I ordered it and they were handing it to me within four minutes.. The burrito is big enough to split with two people. I couldn’t eat it all.
