So I sent my bf to pick us up some traditional styled carne asada tacos and I am positive ya'll picked on him because he is white and gave him tacos full of beef fat. It literally looks like you ran out of asada and used the fatty cuts that were left over after preparing it to cook for taco meat. This is a really mean thing to do because some of these gringos are bringing these tacos back to women of Mexican decent. I am so upset. It was so nasty I spat it out and threw the rest away. Stop picking on people like this because all it does is make it so we drive a little further to the Grandville location and spend our money.
Tacos El Cuñado is one of most popular restaurants in town. The parking lot is often full and people are getting take out along with dining in. The authentic Mexican cuisine is offered at very reasonable prices. The staff is courteous and efficient with the food coming promptly and hot. The decor is very utilitarian, with outlets at each table for those seeking more charge for their meal. The parking lot can be tricky with the number of diners and frequency of take out patrons.
This is the best spot in GR for authentic Mexican food. Amazing tacos , burritos, tortas, carne asada. I love the taco trio!
I don't know what's happening to the Taco joints in GR but they have lost all their taste. No seasoning or marinades in the meat. Bland Tacos and Bland Rice and Beans. I'm appalled, having spent 15 years in San Antonio Texas.????????????????
Parking can be difficult at a busy, but the tacos are worth it. Menudo wast good. Very greasy and with no hominy.
This place, I don't know how they stay in business ha. Their price is very reasonable and probably consider cheap in 2023. $9.99 for large quesadilla. $15 carne asada. Huge portion, service is pretty good, probably better if you know Espanol. Food is authentic and pretty healthy depends on what you order.
The only complain is they don't really refill your drink and they don't have charro beans, because I don't like refried beans.
Weekend they open until 2am I think. Just crazy in 2023 this place exist.
Parking can also be a problem in this location. It is hard to get in and out, especially if you drive a truck
Great food, big portions for the price. Gave us more guacamole than chips, not complaining there.
Oowwweee!! Tacos El Cuñado makes the best tasting Mexican food I’ve ever had! ????Taco Bell, Beltline Bare, Cantina’s, etc etc is a joke compared to them. All fresh ingredients. Affordable prices and big portions. Nothing processed. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
