*my personal and honest intake of this place*
Father in law and I were within walking distance of the place from our current stay. We both ordered the super fries. He opted for the Carne Asada fries and I opted for the Al Pastor fries. To this day, I would say these are the best super fries I’ve had compared to any other restaurant I’ve tried. The meat was flavorful (most al pastor restaurant meat has no flavor) and they added such a large variety of condiments that all blended ever so well. The salsas were in my opinion the deal breaker and they definitely passed in my opinion. The red one is pretty spicy but man does it have some good flavor! The green one was not so spicy but sure did have some great flavor as well! I poured both salsas but less of the red due to its spice level. I am definitely getting these again if I’m ever around this place again! I HIGHLY encourage anyone who hasn’t tried there super fries to give them a go! I promise you that for a 12$ price tag they will not disappoint! My only down take on the place was the service. They weren’t the friendliest, to people who did not speak there native language. That’s my only down take on this place.

Update: the food is only good if the ladies are working. I got my usual order today, which is ordinarily delicious, but today it was trash. The young man who took my order had a bad attitude, and couldn’t care less about taking my order as I requested it. Hence, when he read it back I had to correct him twice. When my order was ready, I unwrapped it and noticed my burrito wasn’t grilled like I asked. So I gave it back and let him know; he huffed and puffed like he didn’t want to be there. They took their sweet time grilling my food, and when I took a bite it was missing half of the ingredients I ordered. When I told him it was missing ingredients, he told me they were out. Really? So, why didn’t you say that when I placed the order? Did you just hope I wouldn’t notice? The bad attitude suggested that he just didn’t care. On top of that, it wasn’t even the same steak that they usually serve. It’s normally juicy and flavorful; but today it was very dry and poor quality. It gave me a bad stomach ache as well. This WAS my favorite spot. But after today, I will only place an order if the women are working. If I pull up and see these same guys, I’ll be pulling straight off. If the business is left to them, it will certainly suffer in a short time. From now on I’ll just order tacos as well. That way I can see right away if my order is wrong, without taking two to three bites before I discover that what I’m eating isn’t quite what I paid for.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will not return!
Today I stop at this taco truck one exit away from my house to grab my family some food. The young man at the register was extremely rude. I had to call out numerous times before he got up and approached the window.
Customer service was absolutely awful! He didn’t even ask what I wanted on my tacos, he didn’t ask what salsa I wanted on any of the food I ordered. Which was 4 tacos, 2 asada quesadillas and a super burrito.
I had to tell him what I wanted. Like, um excuse me sir can you put this salsa on these tacos and this salsa on this and that and so forth. And he gave a crappy attitude as if I was asking too much.
I got home and none of the food I ordered had any of the salsa’s I paid for nor was it on the side. The asada taste old and dry like it’s been sitting out all day or it was from the day before. I will not be returning and recommend the same to others. My little brother is the biggest FOODIE in the 209 with half a million followers on tik tok, IG and YouTube. I will be passing along this information to him.
Best ???????? I've had. I'm from NY and biggest difference is this place elevates the taco shell. The one place I went to in NY that I feel is really good has great filling but tortilla could be so much more. The color and crisp of Tacos Catrina's tortilla and how it holds together for whole taco eating experience is wonderful. I even ate the cucumber & radish slices & the grilled onion & the pepper. My cousin insisted I try the Horchata. It was good tasting but my personal preference is for a smaller size because it's a sweet drink and I prefer to eat my calories as opposed to drink them. I feel the Horchata is enjoyable while eating the tacos because it offsets spicy flavor of taco. But after I was done eating I still had half my drink which I winded up tossing.
Lady that works in the front is rude. My order was completely wrong. I had hair in my tacos I had to pull it out my mouth. I asked for extra sauce she said they don’t give extra sauce but on the truck it clearly says extra sauce 50cents. Not coming back again.
THIS PLACE WENT DOWN HILL. This used to be my go to Taco Truck. Not any more! Meat is dry dry dry! Lil homie at the window needs a girlfriend or something because he seems miserable! Customer service sucks
Real Mexican food here. I like their spicy hot sauce. Good service. I have no complaints.
The woman taking our order was super friendly, especially since we don't know much Spanish. The food took a while to get after ordering, but the food is not bad. Avoid the hot cheeto burrito because it's really nothing special. The al pastor tacos though are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
