I really appreciate how friendly the lady who helped me was. She understood that having a bone in the chicken is a new concern that the manufacturer needs to fix. The problem I'm having is why the staff isn't checking the chicken if they know this is a new problem in their establishment? I had to go to another place to get food on my way to Dr's. So they have me a comp card. I just think yall could've avoided this problem if you checked the chicken. Especially before a kid chokes on a bone.
I am grateful for cashier Roger efforts in resolving the payment issue and completing my order at Taco Time. I encountered a minor issue with payment as they did not accept Apple Pay.
However, cashier Roger went above and beyond to assist me in completing my order. Thank you so much Roger.
The seats are comfy and nice, it was mostly empty when we walked in and it took a bit for our food but it was well worth it, we enjoyed it greatly, I then also went to order more food and they were very nice and respectful!
Just came in and found out they charge extra after the first hot sauce. The cups are so small most burritos require 2. Should be 2 for entre, and 3 for meal. Been going here twice a week for 5 years. I stayed after the 2$ hike on classic burrito, but nickle and dimming your customers for sauce is the last line. The taco truck on the south side of the airport will be taking my business from now on.
Update Dec 2023:
Tried again for the first time 9n a long time. Still charging extra for second sauce on an 8.50$ burrito. Its the same price as the cheapest meal and still cant come with 2 hot sauces. Will check back in 6 months, see if this place worth my business again.

I am fine keeping my comments here. Was going to come by for lunch today but remembered the hotsauce. Going somewhere else.
Food was good, but damn it sure has gotten expensive to eat here. With the prices they charge you'd think they could turn the heat on, we had to wear our coats while dining inside.

I asked for extra crispy tater fries and got extra soggy and cold and the lettuce was brown and limp. I asked for two green sauce they said it would cost 25cents. I watched her fill one full the second one a little less than half in the container. I asked her if she would fill the second one up
She gave me a dirty look and said they don't weigh them.
She was so rude to me.
The only reason I gave three stars and not two stars for service is the gentleman Isela did a good job and was pleasant

There but like a idiot I still went there maybe next I will pay attention to the reviews.
Fast friendly service, tasty food, not much for atmosphere, but the first two make up for it.
I had an amazing experience with Roger! Their service was top-notch and they went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied.
