I placed mobile order while I was standing in the taco bell. Took 20 minutes to get my order. And this looks nothing like the picture, nor does it taste edible.... do not get this. The grilled cheese nacho fries are the worst thing taco bell has created
Restaurant number 2403 on hiawasse rd is one of the best restaurants you have, the service is excellent and they are always smiling. I would like the franchise to congratulate each of the employees..Me!! I speak Portuguese, Italian and Spanish, my English is still not very good and yet they always serve me with a smile on their face, one of the best stores. In fact, the best store I've been to so far. Congratulations to them.
I came to get the new grill cheese fries I asked for extra fries and was charged for extra fries. 5 dollars for literally 10 fries. Never again. I will go to another location and give you guys an update if they skimp everywhere. Overall it was good but I could’ve just got a large fries with a side of beef for less money. Went to 2 other Taco Bell’s didn’t ask for extra fries and got way more
Tasha was absolutely amazing when I had messed up my own order! As well as the beautiful person on the drive through remembering my order instantly! You guys deserve a raise!
Staff seems new...stopped in for a soft chicken cantina burrito. I t such scant chicken, and nearly no guac, which I had paid extra for, and they remade it and more more abundant than I could've imagined....SUPER impressed! ????????
I really hope corporate sees this and makes a drastic yet necessary change. The order I received I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy, raw meat and hair in my steak grilled cheese burrito and every part of my order was wrong and made messy. Please replace the staff here from top to bottom, they are running your business into the ground.
I love how they are supposed to be open and they tell you in the drive thru that they are closed for maintenance but yet all the staff is eating in the corner of the store in the dining room. it sounded as if they do this all the time.
This is lowkey the best Taco Bell in Orlando. Drive thru is always efficient, the service is great and the tacos are fully filled. You can’t ask for more!
