Beware, check your food before you leave to make sure it’s made with the ingredients it’s supposed to be made with. I guess it depends on who’s working on what you get and how much I’ve been here countless times trying to get breakfast they’re never open when they’re supposed to be open. Finally come through about 9 o’clock and They are actually open. I get excited thinking I’m going to have a great breakfast right no they can’t make it properly they use the wrong cheese, completely ruined the burritos Then I come back a few days later to try again and then they’re telling me that what I am trying to order is not even on the menu yet I’m reading it directly from the menu this location needs better training at the least pictured is supposed to be the cheesy toasted breakfast burrito and on the menu it says fiesta potato on the app. It says it’s supposed to have nacho cheese. This is not nacho cheese.
I placed an order for a chicken nacho bel grande with extra chicken and extra cheese, I told the drive thru person twice extra chicken and extra cheese he repeated it I thought they got it down and pulled up, got my food and left. There was almost no chicken on it and the chicken that was on it looked bad, I called to talk to someone about it and she very rudely tells me she made it the way it came up on the screen and did he read my order back to me, and I said “well I told him twice I wanted extra chicken and extra cheese and he repeated it back so I figured he had it and pulled up” she says “well I made it the way it came up on the screen and we have portion sizes and I put the portion size on there” well I’ve worked at Taco Bell and I can tell you this was no where near even ONE portion size and I do have photos to prove it. It was the worst made bel grande I’ve ever gotten, the woman didn’t offer to remake it or refund my money, nothing she was just super rude about it. I ended up hanging up on her she was so rude
We order from this Taco Bell at least once a week, for lunch. The last 3 times our order has been messed up or not even cooked right. I had 2 Chalupa's that i have been ordering and the bread is supposed to be fried and they are not. They haven't even seen a fryer. The soft tacos that we order had tomatoes and sour cream, and our receipt shows just a beef soft taco, nothing added. The food is wrapped poorly and just thrown into the bag. And we only got 2 fire, 2 hot, 2 medium sauces for 10 items.
We choose this locations because it is the closest one to our work. We would like to continue going to Taco Bell but at this rate we will be finding other restaurants to go to
If you like, being ignored for an hour than this is the store for you! :) Literally, after standing there looking stupid for about 15 minutes, the manager saw me several times, she saw me pull in and went inside when I walked in and then just went on the phone. She’s literally back behind the register rn on the phone completely 100% ignoring me. The guy from drive-through had to come over and help me. Meanwhile, my food is sitting there already ready. Getting cold drinks water down. Absolutely absurd. The guy from Drive through came over and help me and unfortunately for him manage to get the brunt of my attitude because this is so absurd lol. I would just rather drive a few more miles and go to a different Taco Bell because this is literally the third time I came here that this happens. Your manager does not give an actual care in the world about the store, the customers, friendliness, nothing.
We went to drive through. People there was rude. Either I call the Taco Bell company to report the problem. They tell me I can change to different location. ????♀️
Pulled into the drive thru and asked if the cantina chicken tacos had tomatoes. I was told to "hold on". About 5 minutes later they said they don't so I ordered 2. I've allergic to tomatoes so i always try to order something that doesn't have them. Since they said no I ordered a couple and after a 20 minute wait I got my tacos. And guess what! They had tomatoes on them! I swear fast food chains can't hire a competent worker.. this is so ridiculous
Ordered a simple cheese roll up and since a human doesn't take your order now I supposedly requested no cheese. Why would anyone do that? Clearly a mistake on my part . The order maker could have easily asked me if I meant to ask for no cheese. Anyway, so when I took it to the counter and said hey there's no cheese on this the order maker said you ordered with no cheese and walked away. Because of this small but very rude and unfortunate situation, I will never ever ever return to any Taco Bell in the entire world. I promise. Not that they care Anyway.
