I order potato soft tacos because I just had a dental surgery and can not eat hard foods. The potatoes were harder than rocks, damaging my healing implant. And I was charged for someone else's order. Will not be back! HOLD TIMES ARE THERE FOR A REASON!
I should have ordered taco shells only, because that's what I got. If you're running out of food I would have rather have known that.
i LOVE this taco bell, as they usually get my order correct with the app, obviously there are sometimes where its wrong (usually my Burrito not being grilled like i specifically typed on the app) or they put the bare minimum of the beef. but definitely worth it.
I put in an order on the Taco Bell app for 2 cheesy chicken crispanadas, 2 Doritos locos tacos, 2 crunchwrap supremes, 2 cinnamon twists, and 1 large Baja blast. 15 minutes go by and I pull up to the drive thru speaker. I’m greeted with, “Welcome to Taco Bell, take a few seconds to look at the menu and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. What can I get started for you?” I reply, “I had an order on the app for Andrew.” The employee responds, “Oh yeah, we don’t have the crispanadas anymore.” She repeats this 2 more times and a few seconds of silence go by before she says, “You’ll have to go on the app and cancel it.” Me being taken aback by her rude tone and lack of problem-solving; I respond with, “Yeah, so how do I cancel it? I’m on the app and it doesn’t give me an option to cancel.” She proceeds to tell me that she can either have me pull up; get my name, phone #, and last 4 of my card to refund me OR she can take a whole new order for me and have it done that way. I chose option #1. I pull up to the window to be greeted by an employee with her arms crossed and biting her lip. Having already paid $34 on the Taco Bell app, I didn’t want to have to reorder and pay for everything again. I then ask, “Is it possible to make 2 beefy 5-layer burritos instead of the crispanadas? Then you can make everything else that’s in the order.” She turns to her coworkers and asks if that’s possible to which she turns back to me and says, “You’ll need to come inside since you’re in the drive thru.” I acknowledge that I’m not trying to waste their time and just want the food I paid for. I park my car, come inside the restaurant, and wait in line behind 2 customers before Jasmine (the employee who I’ve been talking with this whole time), asks for all the info in order to do a refund. She says that I can still get everything made and she will only refund the crispanadas. However, if I want 2 beefy 5-layers in sub of the crispanadas, I’ll have to go ahead and pay for those on a separate ticket since they cost more. I thought, “No worries— I’ll go ahead and pay for those, get the refund and still get the rest of my food.” A minute or 2 goes by before they yell out my name and the 2 beefy 5-layer burritos are ready. Assuming the rest was going to take a bit, I sat there for an additional 15 minutes, waiting for the rest of my order to be complete. During this time, 2 customers ordered and received their food in a very short turnaround. I could hear the employees gossiping about how rude customers are and how they don’t like when people talk to them a certain way. I thought that was ironic considering how poorly they were treating me. After another customer ordered and they had cleared the drive-through, Jasmine and her coworker let out a sigh of relief since they just cleared a lunch rush. I walked up to the counter and asked, “Are y’all still working on the rest of my order? Jasmine smirked, walked over and asked what she could do to help. I proceeded to pull out my phone and remind her that I was still missing the rest of my order that we had just previously discussed. Jasmine pretended as if she didn’t know what I was talking about, turned to her coworker and said, “Did you make the rest of his order?” The other girl asks, “What are you talking about?”Jasmine exclaims, “The rest of his order! They both started laughing it as if it was some sort of joke, and the girl in the kitchen responded with, “Oh no I haven’t started that yet.” Seriously? I was sitting there for 15 minutes. To my surprise, I did receive the rest of my order. However, 40 minutes had gone by between me placing the order on the app, attempting to pick it up at the drive-through, then having to come inside the restaurant and get the whole situation taken care of. I still have yet to receive a refund for the crispanadas that were never made. I was told by Jasmine that I would be receiving an email in regards to a refund, but I still have yet to receive that email! I will not eat at Taco Bell until the situation is resolved.
This is the worst taco bell. If you want your order incorrect 100 percent of the time, this is the place for you. Orders are always missing items and made incorrectly. Ordered a taco with no lettuce, got one with lettuce. Didn't receive the burrito nor the nacho cheese that came with my meal. The burrito my fiance got had a stale crackling tortilla. The drinks taste like soda water and the lids leak everywhere.
Bro they are so stingy with their sauce spent $20 just to get 3 packages for the third time…. I called the store they said you have to be specific and I told them I did. I ordered on the app. It tells you how many I already want? Ans then they hung up. This store needs a REAL GM and management team. This store will be the next to close just because of the service.
This location is forcing people to use the kiosks even though they aren't busy , they just make people stand up there looking stupid while they joke and play in the back , go to a different location, do not come here ! Plenty of better taco places around with much better service !
Did a mobile order a little after 8am, went through the drive thru waited close to 10mins no one came on the speaker.
Pulled around, no biggie, was going to run inside and get my food. Employee (skinny female) ran to the door and locked it before I could open it. Then she ran off. Never said anything to me. So I called and asked if they could refund my mobile order. Girl said they didn't have hot water so they couldn't open. Also, told me she would not confirm my order so it will cancel out and not charge me.
As a Manager myself, they should posted signs stating they were closed, and could have had the courtesy to let me know what was going on instead of letting me just sit there.
Will never visit this location again.
