Pretty consistent overall. They do tend to miss a few times with the quality. Maybe something is not cooked very well or there's little meat on the food, or it takes far too long. But when they hit, THEY HIT, foods piping hot, well portioned, and lightning fast.
I'd still come to this restaurant to enjoy some fast food pretty occasionally.
This is literally the only place i would come to on a Friday night in the drive thru. They always get my order right and are hardly ever packed, so the drive thru goes quick. Food is good and fresh.
I enjoy Taco Bell but this location is out of hand with there prices, I mean come on I ordered a craving box online and it almost came out to be $10 but the one in Cutler Bay it’s only $5.99. So yea I would suggest going to the one in Cutler, you’ll save yourself some money
This is ridiculous. I usually give their employees good responses on their surveys but I am extremely disappointed. I asked for a hard shell taco with no lettuce and they give me a tea spoon of beef and 4 strings of cheese. The taco is not even half way filled. I was speechless when I opened the wrapper
Finally tried the grilled cheese steak burrito. What took me so long?! This kind of thing isn't usually in my wheel house, but it was great! Might have a new go to.
AMAZING GENERAL MANAGER Food was wrong the night before and the guy wouldn't answer the phone but I called the next morning the manager Zulema answered the phone and was extremely nice she fixed everything gave us our order correctly and was made perfect. Thank you Zulema if you ever see this!!!!
The food is what it is for a fast food place, get me? I mean it's not a traditional Mexican restaurant. No where close. But it's a quick taco, burrito and a few other nibbles and what have you. The seasoning has gotten better and the burrito selection is a bit better (although I miss the 7 layer burrito, I have to admit.)
I usually order the fiesta veggie burrito but I add steak (go figure). It's actually pretty damn good. Yes I know it defeats the purpose KAREN, but it tastes fantastic and it's my burrito so I don't know why you're getting bent out of shape... Have it your way, this is Taco Bell... You know where to go Karen, if you want your way.
The power bowls are not that bad either for when you don't want to try ripping apart the soft tortillas. I swear I find myself tearing at them like a ravenous meerkat. (Do they eat tortillas?) Why are the tortillas the most difficult part of the meal to eat at TB? It feels as if they're folded like 57 times.
I digress. Power bowls are good when you want the break from the industrial tarp that is known as the tortilla.
If you live in homestead or this is your nearby Taco Bell, I highly recomend you to drive further... this is the worst location of this brand in all florida. We order a taco and burrito box and pay extra $8 for making them suprem. However, you can barely see the ingredients on the taco, you can count the tomato and the sour cream from which I pay extra is just 2 or 3 drops if you're lucky... I paid $23.43 for the taco and burrito box that cost $13 because I wanted them enhanced and guess what... was just a waste of my money... Please drive further or choose another place to eat. It's extremely disappointing.
